Ok, so here it is my christmas booty! I think i got a pretty decent lot of swag, i didnt get exactly what i wanted as that was too expensive and we dont all have rich parents standing by to spoil our butts like most people around here do! Some of us actually have to pay rent, bills, car insurance, shopping etc etc! :P I plan on buying that myself after the new year, i think you can probably guess what. ;) Anyway, i took some pics so here they are... PS2 Games: Ace Combat 5 (owned it ages ago but had to sell it along with my PS2 when i moved from the US back to the UK), Gran Turismo 4 (same story), Toca Race Driver 3 (played the PC version and recently craved a realistic racing sim for my PS2), Guitar Hero with guitar controller (first time i have played a rhythm game or even attempted to play a guitar and it is AWESOME! Im doing quite well with it too and i feel like im learning to play a real guitar! I just hope i dont become a typical Guitar Hero snob like some people...), Splinter Cell Double Agent (no excuse needed), GTA: Vice City Stories (A fantastic game and one of the best reasons to own a PSP!). DVD's: Top Gun 2-disc version, V For Vendetta 2-disc deluxe edition, MI:3 2-disc version, Superman Returns 2-disc special edition, Star Trek IV 2-disc collectors edition, Family Guy Season 3. Needed accessories: 1 million candle power spotlight (a man should never be without a torch! 'Specially one as powerful as this one! And its rechargable!!), 1-GIG PSP Memory stick (ive wanted a bigger memory stick since i got my PSP back in '04. Finally i can use my PSP to its full potential!). CD's: The best of Meat Loaf 2-disc audio CD (I have loved Meat Loaf since i was a kid and i finally have his greatest hits all in one place! Bat Out Of Hell FTW!!). Anyway thats about it. Oh heres a pic of my DVD collection for all of you who are interested in seeing my collection. My dad recently built a shevling unit for me to finally display them all as they had been sitting in piles on the floor for the longest time! In case you are wondering i have 345 DVD's and thats not counting the ones i got for christmas or the two-disc versions. You can also see my games collection in there too which, thanks to my gifts above, i now have over 100 games! I finally broke into triple digits! WOOT!

Just a quickie as this isnt my "loot" blog, i will post a blog about all my cool gifts with pics later but right now i just wanted to let you all know that i got Guitar Hero and it is friggin' AWESOME!!!111!!!!!11!ONEONE!!11!! I cant beleive how easily i am taking to it as well! Dunno if this is considered good or skilled but i was proud of myself to get a 3-star and 71% rating on normal mode on my first ever try! I was quite pleased with this since i have never played a rhythm game before and i have never even touched a game with a control set-up as unique as Guitar Hero's! I managed to 4-star a couple of other songs just after on normal mode as well, basically i never got a score below 70% or less than three stars. Is that good? I think so for my first try! :P Well, in any case im taking to the game quite easily! I think it will be a doddle to play as soon as i memorize the position of each chord by heart, from there its just a matter of getting your timing perfected! I have to say that i havnt had this much fun with a game in ages! It literally made me feel like a rock star for a few moments! I thought i was in a real band for a second, especially with the home theatre cranked up loud! :P It was fun passing the guitar around with my wife as well and taking turns with songs. It was fun watching her mess up each turn she had, but she didnt mind as the game is still fun even when you suck! :P If you are one of the few who dont already own this game, GET IT NOW! I know it technically isnt christmas eve here yet, still a couple of hours left to go but i figured i would just stop by and wish everyone a merry christmas! I highly doubt i will be on christmas day at all so i thought i would say it now rather than forgetting which is what i normally do! :P Hope you all have fun with your families and gifts and 360's and *shudders* Wii's and PS3's and stuff! Hey guys. Hope you are all looking forward to christmas! I know i am! Mainly for the wonderful christmas dinner my mum always cooks up! I cant resist a good old fashioned english roast! What do you guys hope to get for christmas if i may ask? Yesterday we went out and me and the wife treated each other to some DVD's for christmas. She got a snazzy 3-disc version of Clerks-X, we both chose out a 2-disc edition of V For Vendetta, i chose the 80's cheese-fest that is Top Gun (CRUISER!!!) and at the counter we got a cheap impulse buy in the form of Bad Santa. We also received gifts from our friend in the US in the form of Star Trek 4 2-disc DVD for me and a 2-disc version of Over The Hedge for the wife. Guess id better start re-alphabetizing my gigantic DVD collection again! :P Anyway last night and most of today ive been playing on my friends XBOX360. We've been having alot of fun with it and since i have a 28 inch widescreen tv and he only has a 14 inch portable he has been blown away again by the graphics. I was less than impressed though, mainly because he has some crappy games. They looked nice though but not as good as the higher profile 360 games out today like Gears' and Rainbow Six Vegas. He only owns DOA4 (which sucks, it looks and plays just like DOA3!!) Just Cause (which looks the best out of the bunch but is a total boring knock-off of GTA:SA), Test Drive Unlimited (which has a laggy frame-rate and blurry textures and looks ugly), and Saints Row (which is the most fun game out of the lot but the graphics are less then eye-popping what with its terrible frame-rate and pop-up issues). I have been trying to convince him to buy Gears' and Dead Rising, two games i will be buying when i get my 360, but he seems to only like crappy games these days.... oh well. I managed to have some fun with the 360's interface though, and the controller feels alot more comfortable than the old Xbox controller. Its quite a nice looking console as well although the pale white makes the console stick out a bit when sat next to a silver TV, DVD, 5.1 Surround Sound system and black slim-line PS2. I was impressed with how cool the console keeps itself though. All those horror stories of 360's overheating that i heard where put to rest when i felt the console after many hours of play and it had barely gotten warm! The PS2 gets warmer than that! Although i have to say that power-pack is a frightening thing! Its like the foundations for a freakin' sky-scraper! I will definatly be buying a 360 as soon as i can but i can almost guarantee i will not be buying any of the above games, except for maybe Saints Row but only if i see it on offer someplace. Anyway thats all for gaming news. Oh yeah i nearly forgot, dont ever use double entendres on this site since the mods will suspend you for it...talk about ruling with an iron fist! (just got over a 2 day suspension, which should have lasted only a day, for doing so) Its like what the heck are they trying to protect so badly? I just dont get it. *sigh* Anyway i'll take some pics on christmas day of my gifts and stuff if your interested, id like to see yours too! Maybe we should all take pics and post em in our blogs? I'll be watching out for yours if ya do! ^-^

Isnt this a surprise? I can actually post again...wierd! I wont go into it as its all just one big stupid miscommunication ballsup, but here i am again, for who knows how long this time. Lets just say i have very low opinions of this place (and certain people who have yet to be punished for TOS violations) now, and leave it at that. Anyway, heres a funny little piece of random internet junk for ya! Ipod in a BLENDER! Thats crazy! You should see some of the other stuff he blends! Everything from cans of coke (unopened) to light bulbs and rake handles! I didnt know blenders where that powerful! Id love to see him blend a DS or PSP or something like that. (preferably a DS :P) Anybuns, how is everyone else doing? Looking forward to christmas? I am now. These new meds im on seem to be helping a bit but not quite as much as i had hoped. But you gotta give these things time i suppose, or maybe i just need a higher dosage... Oh yeah incase you are wondering i took down all my previous blogs and videos. Wasnt much point in keeping them up if i wasnt gonna be using the site, but i dont regret taking them down now anyway since nobody watched em and they sucked anyway! Before i go, id just like to say that the Wii has been an endless source of entertainment for me recently, and for all the WRONG reasons! :P I found this site long before GS ever posted it in one of their news articles, but since i couldnt post at the time i was unable to share the stupidity with you all! Wii stands for "comedy" In gaming news ive been playing GTA:VCS alot lately. I tell ya that game is AWESOME! Even better than LCS in my opinion! The game isnt perfect by no means and there are a few technical issues with the game but everything else is just so good you can get your head around the minor faults. I have killed my PSP's battery many times lately playing that game non-stop! That is until my wife got herself a copy of Lumines 2 and now im fortunate if i get to play on the PSP for a few minutes these days! Shes addicted to that game! I couldnt get into it myself so i guess thats a good thing. bye for now.
