the VC games are cleverly released when there are not major games coming out for the wii. this is a clever marketing ploy by nintendo IMO. The PS3 does have alot up its sleeve about £450's worth. I think that will put people off. The games for the PS3 are no where near as good for XBOX 360 because the only AMAZING series exclusive that they have is the FF series. GTA will be on 360 as will Resident eveil 5 so there is really no reason to get a PS3. The wii also had the better controllers with Rumble and a speaker with tilt functions. the Ps3 controller only have Tilt functions so again the PS3 doesnt have much to offer apart from Blu-RAY which is just a better Copy protected version of DvD's but with a new name. So reallly the PS3 doesnt have much up its sleeve at all... apart from a big paper weight!

A rechargable battery pack is nothing more than rechargable batteries, so how could rechargable batteries last longer? The Nyco is much more convenient you don't have to change battery packs to charge. The charger is also a nice stand that hold two controllers well worth the couple extra bucks IMO.
i think re chargable batteries are better because mine have lasted about 50 hours and i got 6 re chargable batteries for £10 ~$20 which i think is much better than paying almost for a full price game of £30 ~$60
call of Duty 3 is a really good game. I have been borrowing it from a friend and the controls are perfect. That is one reason to buy the wii. Godfather and Scarface are both coming to wii also
