Actually, the CPU power-pin socket would have 8 pin-sockets (more than likely). Typically, four of them are covered by a black plastic cap. Have you removed the cap and inserted the additional four power-pins?

yes i did are you sure you did this? in your picture it appears as though you did not, there seems to be sockts that are empty.
i tried with the 4 pin to see it that was but i put the 8 pin on first
it's your cpu power. id put money on it. it is a 4 pin. plug it in.
