Out of the two, get the ASUS. As for quad crossfire from three PCI-e slots, think dual GPU cards. Two 5970's = 4 GPU cores = Quad crossfire.

If you're going to spend that kind of money, why not get a Sandy Bridge? Phenoms are 2 generations behind the Sandy Bridge.C_RuleIs this a good one since is in the price range of the phenom i had on my cart.
