Some of the suggestions are excellent. However, they did not suggest fasting (specifically intermitted) practices, which is suggested to significantly increase life span, (view senescence,hayflick limit and telomeres). I believe that organisms do require selection pressure to satisfy 'healthy' conditions, meaning optimum physiology. Be certain to regulate caloric consumption and macro/micro nutrient ratio.

None of the suggested stereotypes. I was practicing martial arts daily, I never practiced school sports and I was below average intelligence and socially and neurologically atypical (aspergers). At 19 years of age, there was significant variation in cognitive and physical development, I was suggested to be a 'late bloomer', my intelligent quotient and sports performence significantly increased.

Legislation is a double standard. As an example, let us define taxation: Payment exacted by legislative authority. Let us define theft: Theft is the illegal taking of another person's property without that person's permission or consent with the intent to deprive the rightful owner of it. To distinguish these deifinitions 'legislative authority' must be defined, however they do both satisfy the required conditions of coersion and dominance. There is no consent being the offspring of legislative authory systems, it is moral luck, and I am certain many would agree that we are safer, yet also unhealthier, excluding medicinal practices.
