try that link it may help i had a similer issue with my router i had to turn off upnp and set up portforwarding but once i did all my issues were fixed so try that id say

im having issues with my nat on my router found out i have this problem when playing halo 3 beta, no i have tryed to change that on my router but it does not have that option, so im asking what router would be good to use, and i am using a cable isp not a adsl.
