well........u had a 360 sold it to by a new one..............some has far to much cash to play with.

if u want a elite get one if not get a ps3 i mean think anyone on heres going to tell u to get a ps3....lol

ok that aside the warrenty covers a year, some 360 were extended but depends on when is was shipped to stores. contact MS help line asap and give them the S code for the 360 and they will send out ups or dhl and replace the 360 should take about a week or 2 and should be free unless its out of warrenty.

i would also say **** about it to them as u could get a free pad or ms points out of them.

im on 360 number 6 now thou no fault of my own so trust me i know how they work, sadly no 360 has made it past 8 months.

i would say C&C3 its longer it works and plays well on the 360, the online is good and has a good mix of good players and noobs to make it fun for everyone.

spiderman 2 was a good game but i dont think 3 could hold C&C3 i mean  it should be fun for at lest a few hours but after that it may become boring.

i would say C&C3 woukd be ther best bet and once you have played it to death trade it in or wait for spiderman price to come down, thats that i think u should do :) 

i would say u can but depends on whats wrong. i am on 360 #5 since it came out in the uk, i have got 4200 ms points for my past 360 and the one befor that a game and wireless pad, but trust me the free stuff is not worth the call time and how useless there call centers are, i dont know about the u.s help line but the uk one sucks!

my 360 is never moved and has plenty of cool air moving over it, yet internal faults keep happing! so u can get free stuff but its not worth the effort

I wish you could have a "wait" mode in real life like you can in Oblivion.  I would just skip to the good stuff.
