What we really have here is a lot of speculation and hyperbole around a system that we know next to nothing about.

And these statements from devs/publishers about how great a system is, (that they can't even actually talk about), are just ridiculous.

People need to just wait for some actual facts here before they start losing their minds and making wild claims either way, (it's going to be the greatest thing since bread that slices itself/it's going to be the biggest flop ever).

Once we have actual details, then you can commence with your standard ridiculousness.

@nadsat-77: This. Now HDR is what everyone should be getting excited about with games. 4K is nice, but HDR is freaking awesome.

@zeromanzero: By what measure did you determine that Overwatch failed? Tons of people play it religiously. Most devs could only hope to fail that bad.

4K is less important than HDR. I used to have a 4K TV that didn't do HDR. The resolution was nice, but nothing mind blowing.

Then I got a 4K HDR TV & 4K HDR BluRay player & the difference was incredible.

People should be less worried about 4K and more interested in framerates & the difference that HDR will make.

@talroc: A small expansion is a small expansion, no matter how much you love the game. The only bias I see here is yours.
