The manager wouldn't sell games to people in school unless a parent confirmed they had good grades, the article said he only offered a free game once.

Selling something you should already be able to buy isn't exactly "rewarding good grades", it's just taking away from people with low grades. For example, if a parent says to a child"get good grades and I'll reward you with food and shelter" it isn't a reward imo, since some thingsshouldn't have to be earned.

I just started learning to play guitar about 2 weeks ago, and I haven't been using a guitar pick. Just about everyoneelse in my guitar class uses one except me, but I find it easier to play without. Are there advantages and disadvantages to using one? Sorry for being such a guitar noob.
