Is there away to move around the channels on the Wii. I erased Mariokart and super Catlevania, and now there are empty spaces in the middle of the menu.

I have to do a group project for school where for every letter of the alphabet, I have to think of a hero and type up a paragraph. It can be any type of hero, such as a comic book hero or an actual historical figure. My assigned letters are H through Q. Some of them are easy, but others are giving me a bit of trouble. Anybody have any ideas?
