Got a 360, Along With Other Things.

Update: Forgot to mention. I want to buy my boyfriend a Bento Box and make him Bento for his lunch when he goes to work. :D *Is scheming.* Muwahahahaha.

So recently I got a 360. :D It came with Alan Wake and Forza 3 MotorSport. I also got Orange Box. :P

For Black Friday, I bought clothes! Got a few long sleeve shirts, a few sweater dresses, couple of undergarment things, and two pair of leggings (with Steampunk buttons?). :P All of it came out to being originally over $200, but with it being Black Friday, I got it for less than $100. :D

There's something else I got on Black Friday. :p I entered in another contest and got God of War: Ghost of Sparta via Facebook from GamePro. I saw my name and got overly excited and the first thing out of my mouth was, "Holy ****!" I'm just waiting for it now. xD

It's the second contest I won. The first contest I won was a giveaway NIS America was doing for Etna's Secret: Demon Collection panties. Yes, that's right, I won panties. :x

(You can thank Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood! for that [and yes, that's a real game])

What else? Ahh, yes. :P I also bought boyfriend Christmas presents. He knows what he's getting because he doesn't like surprises and wanted to know. He's also told me what I'm getting for Christmas, which I'm really excited about. :P

Hmm. That seems to be it. :P

(Btw, I'm usually not excited about clothes. >_> I am excited because they fit. :x That's my reason why I'm so happy I bought clothes.)

Is it weird that I find makeup pointless and a waste of money?

I usually don't wear makeup, so maybe that's why I find it pointless. Either way, I had to get eyeliner for the cosplay (I do have pics, but I'm not happy with them, thus why I haven't posted them yet) and I wore the eyeliner (I got black and white) twice. That's it. I haven't worn them since and I just don't feel like there's really a point in doing so.

I don't feel like there's a point in wearing eyeshadow, either, but maybe that has something to do with how my eyelids are. You end up not seeing the color after I put it on, unless I close my eyes. Same with the eyeliner, except for it smears on the top and then I have smeared eyeliner all over my eyes. D:

I feel like I wasted money (got both for $6) for one time (well two) use. Sure it was just $6, but $6, I could have gotten something else. However, I needed it for the cosplay. Maybe if they were just disposable or one time use and it didn't cost $6 for both, sure. But I feel like I just wasted money on makeup that I'm not going to wear again. I mean, I have both sitting out right now, beside me, but I don't have any urge to put the eyeliner on. No urge.

Now, the hair wax I got, I actually have an urge to use it. I want to use it and style my hair, which I never done before. Makeup, though? Nope. No desire to wear it or even humor myself with it.

Maybe I'm just weird. xD I just feel silly putting it on, though. Really silly. And it's just eyeliner that I feel silly about. I don't want to wear eyeshadow or concealer or foundation. I watched makeup tutorials for the hell of it and it's just amazing how much makeup women put on. They literally put a ****load of concealer and foundation on, then MORE of the stuff under the eye when they do eyeshadow and eyeliner, and mascara, incase of "fall aways" or "accidents". It just gets ridiculous because they blend it in afterwards.

When I did wear makeup, it was just eyeshadow, a little eyeliner, and that was it. I had to wear makeup for majorettes, and it was just insane on how much makeup they made me wear. I guess I got sick of the stuff, but it's been years since I've actually worn it. After all those years, nope. Still don't want to.

Also, I found out how many women wear fake eyelashes. o_0 You wouldn't expect it, but so many women wear fake eyelashes. I just find it nuts since the glue will damage the real eyelashes and pull them out. Not only does it damage it, but it takes longer for the eyelash itself to grow back, if it grows back at all.

Not Here Right Now.

I'm not here (at home) right now, so I'll be missing in action for a while. :D Where am I? >___> You shall never know.

....

....

I'm spending time with someone, that's where I am.

I'm also working on finishing up editing.

Until then, no more from me!

*Also been playing Bayonetta, FFVII, Dead Space, FFIII, and Metal Gear Solid 4.*

>___> He likes to keep me busy with games. *Isn't a bad girl, though.* D:

:P

Monster Kitty Who Attacked My Forehead.

Many of you know that my cat attacked my forehead not too long ago. Well, I have taken pictures of said monster kitty.

This is her:

*Done showing off cat. Goes away now.*
What happened to me was that while I was sleeping, either my cat decided to jump on my forehead and slipped or I pushed her off, thus having a huge scratch on my forehead whenI woke up.
Breathe, but Don't Let Go.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but I haven't been on very much as of late. That's mainly due to babysitting, but also writing as well, which is something I really need to focus on.

And, sadly, to do that, I need to step down as being a moderator.

To be honest, I feel obligated to come here. I know I shouldn't, but I do. And I feel that maybe I should just take a break from here on out until things are right where they should be and I'm done with editing/writing/or what have you.

Does this mean I'll be gone for good? No, it particularly doesn't mean that, but do I know when I'll be back? No, I don't know that one, either.

So with that said, this is just a blog entry saying I'm stepping down. I need to work on writing by putting it first. It's a lot of work and dedication I need to put in to. If you think writing 70k or more words is hard, try editing all of that while being on GS at the same time. :P

It was great being a moderator. And I'd like to do it again. Just right now, I need to put writing first, like I should have been doing the whole time. I think with knowing what I want to do with my life as far as careers go and knowing when to step down, I'm maturing more, that as a person and a moderator.

If anyone wants to stay in contact with me, there's always PM here. :P (better hurry, these email addresses will disappear tomorrow. :P). [Too late.]

Don't want to do email? I'm on twitter here. There's facebook, but you gotta go digging for that. :P

AIM? MSN? Yahoo? I don't necessarily want to put it in here, so if you want to contact me there, email me, PM me, or send me a message on Twitter, follow me, so I can then DM it to you. :P

So, Today My Sister and I Were Talking...

Today, my sister and I were talking on the way to dropping me off from her house about what I'm going to do with my life. She says I should start taking courses at a community college here just so I can get things out of the way this August, and she suggested journalism to me. She knows I want to be an author and be a writer, and all and she's been pushing me to be a journalist for some time now.

Well, as we go down the road, she says, "You know, you can still take journalism and be a journalist while working on writing books on the side. It'd be a great thing to do." So I suggested:

"Okay. *Gasps!* I can be a video game journalist!"

Renee: "...*Awkward silence for the next five minutes. Continues driving.* So, the dress you're going to wear for the wedding is going to have pockets...."

She completely changed the subject on me. :P

That's not the only moment she has. The day before, she wanted to know how to get wifi on the Wii. Now, let me remind you. This is the same sister who I asked if I could watch the recording of the Nintendo conference on her tv. She says this:

"What is Nintendo?"

Why is this such a big deal? Well, for starters, my sister has NINTENDO products.

Yes, she owns a Wii and her kids has a DS. And she used to have a Nintendo64!

Anyway, she's asking how to get wifi on the Wii, so I ask my boyfriend and he asks me if she has wifi. I tell him no while asking her if she has any idea what wifi is. xD She tells me no. She also says this:

"Yeah, well, I bet he doesn't know any wifi companies, either!"

Btw, my sister is 28.

So, yes, it's been decided. :P I'm going to work on writing novels and getting published while being a video game journalist. I am also thinking about going with a pen name as, "Abigail E. Grace" even though it looks like "e-grace" or internet grace. xD That's my story for tonight. :P

Yayy!

I saw E3. =3 I heard about the games. I'm so ready for Golden Sun DS, Metal Gear Solid 3D, Metal Gear Solid: Rising, and the new 360 (I don't care if people think it's ugly. :x)

*Been geeking out.*

I Need Help.

>__> And no, I'm not talking about the mental kind.

I need help with my blog (not this one). I have been playing around with it, especially in the new Blogger Template Design, but I've come to a point where I'm stuck. I don't know what kind of colors to use.

For the most part, you can visit my blog here to see what it looks like right now. However, I'm not sure if I should change the colors from what I have now to this:

(I originally did upload it here, but it came out small. :?)

I was also thinking about doing it in red, but I'm not sure. It wouldn't be a bright red, but more of a darker color red. I just don't know what I should do. I've been working on it all day and night. I had to get rid of my banner because it was too small (literally. It looked stupid with it being up there), so now I have to work with what I have for now. So what do people think? D: I need help.
