N3DS XL for me, but the face plates on the regular N3DS are pretty kool.

It's true, when I buy a Nintendo console its for the exclusives. I've always been a Sony/Nintendo guy, so everything else is left to the Sony console.

I would say yes, most first party Wii U titles have support for it.
