Seriously think about it, if bungie patched halo 3 next time you connect to xbox live, autoupdate and forces aim assist off for everyone. i bet you money alot of the little kids and people would stop playing halo because it would require some actual skill then.

Im embarassed by the fact so many wannabe halo franchise players, if bungie default aim assist to off lol 99% of the people would stop playing it no skill noobs.

Quake 3 arena and unreal tournament 1999 basically changed the whole fps genre. They started making all the maps multiplayer only. lol everyone knows here right, that duke nukem 3d's first single player campaign level is one of the best deathmatch maps ever, the maps were made for single player and online. it's crazy how dev's could make a kick ass map for single player and multiplayer, lol why cant dev's still do this?

killzone2 dev's are doing what alot of dev's should do, cut out area's from their games single player and use as multiplayer map. That's cool, killzone2 dev's doing it the old school duke nukem 3d style, but they shouldnt be charging for 2 maps that shipped with the game basically. personally, i think games are the best when they got single player maps as online maps and maps made only for online. they should have only charged if they built the maps ground up for online.

halo 3 players arent actually used to literally keeping the crosshair on their enemy with no help from the game. these people would be helpless during aim assist off matches. i just have a natural ability at aiming with a analog pretty damn good no aim assist or auto aim. i tranlate from keyboard and mouse to 360 pad no problem both have advantages and disadvanges.

Seriously, that slight bit of magnetism makes up for being on a console, and it let's combat flow well. There's nothing wrong with it. When other games without the feature don't get played as much, or get praised as much, you should realise that it's actually adding to gameplay, and not taking away.

let the best halo 3 player play me in a first person shooter i never played before, same with the halo player no aim assist. id put my life on my owning the piss out of him.
