Hi everyone

like i said i was going to post a new top 20 list of wii games so far. but i have decided to better wait for more titles to come out (and i also need to try Zelda TP:P). So i have a few other ideas and i don't know which one to do first. please feel free to vote and help me decide:P

-Top 20 GameCube games
-Top 20 Mario games:P
-Top 20 Multiplayer games
-Or if you really don't want to see Nintendo, i could make an XBOX/X360 list :p

In other stuff, what do you think of the GameSpot Greatest Videogame Hero competition? i'm happy that Yoshi advanced to round 2:D hope he can make it far. And my predictions weren't too bad for Round 1a i got 15/16. Round 1b surprised me a little though i am having 3 wrong predictions :O (but the MC loss to Bub & Bob still doesn't convince me, i beleive there's some cheat)

i still really need to write a review and update my images:P Also here are my top 5 important things i have achieved in GS:

5. Reaching level 37 (my favorite one)
4. Hosting two successfull MSC and SSBB tournaments (that was what i wanted to do since i joined:P)
3. Reaching 40k posts
2. Starting and leading one of the best unions in gamespot =D
1. Making lots of good friends:D (really, after all i wouldn't be writing this blog if it wasn't for you:P)

And finally, i just want to announce that my next top 20 list (wii games so far) will be done soon. i also want to do other lists like for different systems, or maybe lists that don't exactly feature games, like top items, stages, etc. i am also planning some blogs with my GS history but not too sure about that...

i know you might be looking at this blog and thinking it's just me advertising my unions again... well it is:P but really please join! trust me they are quality unions and they have many active members. In this blog i will only advertise 2, the unions i am leader in, but maybe i'll make other blogs with other unions...

THE GREAT NINTENDO GAMER UNION

The only union that is in the top 3 nintendo union members, views and posts. And it is still very active, we are getting close to our 2nd year anniversary and are planning lots of events for it:o Come and join the celebration =D

We currently have features like Weekly Reviews and Union Profiles, there are various fun games and events like Guess the Character/Game, Rate a Game, Mega Hurt & Heal and the Mario Game Battle, and lots of contest including our newest one "Best weapon contest". Not to mention the many Nintendo discussions and a little off-topic:D

If you like Nintendo, this is one of the main unions to check out.

THE MUSIC AND OFF-TOPIC UNION

Don't like Nintendo? Not a problem:P TMOTU is a place where you can talk about anything you want, with a special focus on music discussion and events. We just got back to activity and are doing good, with many members and posts per day:D

We have daily updates in the union's home page, and several activities going on such as a Hot Seat, Comic superhero of the week, tv shows tournament, Bands hurt & heal, Band battles and... a SSBB tourney (i know, that's Nintendo again, but i am giving a good prize:D).

THE LIST 5-1

05. Mario Kart 64 (N64)
My Score: 9.3/10
it was one of the best games on the N64, mariokart 64 always brings great memories to me since it was the first mario kart I actually played and started to love the series. This game is just fantastic like all the others in the series and totally deserves a place in this top 5.

04. Mario Kart DS (NDS)
My Score: 9.5/10
what can I say:P Nintendo never fails at making these games, mario kart ds is not an exception and actually my favorite game in the system. It is incredibly fun, also introduced online and other good game modes.

03. F-Zero X (N64)
My Score: 9.5/10
this game never gets old. 30 player races are epic, perfect length and difficulty and some awesome characters make it one of the best of all time, even if the graphics aren't great and it has other little mistakes. I love this game and have played it a lot, even now I'm playing it in the wii vc :D

02. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! (GC)
My Score: 9.5/10
double dash was one of the most fun games I have ever played. The idea of 2 characters per kart is cool and the gameplay is crazy like all the mario karts :P. It also has some things like the all-cup tour that should have been kept in the series IMO.

01. Mario Kart Wii (Wii)
My Score: 9.6/10
mkwii is simply my favorite racing game of all time, because it has all the fun of the mario kart series plus a bunch of new characters, karts, the addition of bikes and many new features such as online, which adds hours of fun and is one of the best in Nintendo games.

LEVEL 37

And in more GameSpot related news:P i finally became Level 37 yesterday, after being Level 36 (99%) and going back to to 34, i made it again to my favorite level8) Now i don't really care for my level after all the moderations i have, but the name Heiankyo Alien is sweet:o.

10. F-Zero (SNES)
My Score: 8.5/10
The first game of this awesome series, one of the Nintendo masterpieces and an impressive game with all the good elements from f-zero I really liked it and got me to the other games in the series.

09. Sonic Riders (GC)
My Score: 8.6/10
This game was actually very good, all the cool Sonic characters in their own racing game. The races were entertaining and I liked to play this game a lot… I can't explain, it was just too good:P

08. F-Zero GP Legend (GBA)
My Score: 8.8/10
this is such a fun and addictive game:o it has hours of fun and it's perfect for a handheld system. I almost never heard about it, but I can say it was one of my best decisions to buy this game and I recommend it if you like racing. It's a good addition to the F-Zero series.

07. Need for Speed Underground (GC)
My Score: 8.9/10
I think this was the first NFS game that I played… yeah, an excellent racing title with good graphics and more, it is also one of the top games of the genre:D.

06. Diddy Kong Racing (N64)
My Score: 9.0/10
another good game, this was never as good as mario kart, and at times looked like it was trying to copy it but it's really a unique and very fun game with interesting features and racing elements.

This is the second part of my top 20 racing games of all time list, with positions 15 to 11. Hope you enoy it, and remember this is just based on my opinion of how fun the games are :p

THE LIST 15-11

15. Crash Tag Team Racing (GC)
My Score: 8.0/10
this, in my opinion, is the craziest kart game ever made, and one of the best too. You can combine two cars in a race to form a completely new one, and do lots of other weird stuff I can't explain:P it has a nice idea of a game, though not the best it is one of the most enjoyable of the genre.

14. Diddy Kong Racing DS (NDS)
My Score: 8.1/10
this was a DS remake of the amazing diddy kong racing of the N64, and along with all the fun and improvements it had, it added online which I thought was a very good option and made it more interesting, really good game for a handheld:).

13. F-Zero GX (GC)
My Score: 8.4/10
the only major problem I had with this game was the extremely hard difficulty, F-Zero GX is one of my favorite games ever it is really a challenge to beat but incredibly fun and great to pass time. I love it like most of the f-zero games I have played :D.

12. Kirby Air Ride (GC)
My Score: 8.5/10
I personally think this was an underrated game. The different game modes, the gameplay and more made it a really fun game to play either alone or in multiplayer. It was a great title, and one I would really like to see have a sequel:o.

11. Super Mario Kart (SNES)
My Score: 8.5/10
super mario kart was the game that started everything, the mario characters in a competitive racing game with simple gameplay and crazy stuff that makes it more interesting:P One of the best Mario games in history.

I'll start with the first 5 games of my list, from 20th to 16th. Remember that this is just my opinion and i put the games i have played and liked, and there can be various games of the same series... i will post each game in its position, then my score of the game and a little comment (except for 19 and 20, i was already too lazy:P and i thought i would just write the same things as in other games)

20. Banjo Pilot (GBA)
My Score: 7.0/10

19. Crash Nitro Kart (GBA)
My Score: 7.0/10

18. Need for Speed Carbon (Wii)
My Score: 7.4/10
NFS carbon was one of my first games for wii, I found it really good even though I expected it better. But it is an exciting game I never regret buying it:)

17. Burnout Revenge (XBOX)
My Score: 7.8/10
I actually found this game while making the list, I remember playing it and it was one of the coolest experiences I've had with a game that isn't from Nintendo :o:P just awesome racing, it was good in almost every aspect of the game and I couldn't leave it out of my list.

16. Mario Kart Super Circuit (GBA)
My Score: 8.0/10
the place in which I put this game doesn't really show how much I like it:P there are just better ones, but mksc is one of the best and most addictive games ever. It was great like all the mario kart series and had some of the best gameplay in… gaming :p.

Not sure if i got it today but it would make sense, at least it was until today that i noticed it:P it's really cool to see a new emblem in my profile, even though i don't really care for them much:P

Hi:P

Just got home after my almost 10 days vacations in the U.S. which was really fun :p i think i needed that...

I also bought games:o the two that i wanted most (The Conduit and Wii Sports Resort) and a bunch of other ones i found very cheap, you can see all of them in my Now Playing list. And well, i'm gonna be busy playing them so it won't be until tomorrow that i will return to forums and all GameSpot.

Thanks to everyone that commented in my last blog, and to the people that kept my unions active, i really appreciate it:)

So, i will be leaving tomorrow and i won't be active for the next 9 or 10 days. I am going to the US again, but i won't go into more detail for now, just that i'm going for vacations:P it feels good, hope to like it. And well, i have no idea of what more to say lol

And talking about different stuff, i am so happy today because... MEXICO WON THE GOLD CUP!!:D:D:D

i know not many people will like me posting this:P but i just had to... Mexico beat USA 5-0 today in the Gold Cup final (futbol) and with that we're the country with most cups won ever:)

Hi everyone

Like i said in my last blog, i am returning to make these "Top 20 lists" now that i have some free time. Now it's time for my top 20 racing games of all time, i'm doing this because racing is my favorite genre and there are many games i would like to give a mention.

I won't start posting the list until i come back from my vacations in 2 weeks though, the list is already made and i'll post it in 4 different blogs... But before, you can participate in my prediction contest:D (or at least tell me what you think of the idea:P)

I made this in my top 20 NDS games, and it worked fine. Now i am doing it with the top 20 racing games. The rules are simple:

To participate, leave a comment and say up to 20 games that you think will be on the list and what places. Note that you don't need to predict all the games, you may say as many as you want and you'll get more points if you get the positions correct.

PREDICT 1 GAME THAT WILL BE IN THE LIST = 1 POINT | PREDICT THE EXACT POSITION OF A GAME = 3 POINTS. So try your best prediction;) i'll announce winners and scores in the last blog of the list.

Also remember that this is a list of the games that i enjoyed the most, so if you know me well you will do good in the prediction:) And there can and will be more than 1 game of the same series.
