@Argle: Luke had to train one and a half movies before he confronted Vader and even then got his hand cut off and fell screaming into a hole and had to be saved by Leia and Lando. And in the end of the Return of the Jedi he would have died at the hand of the Emperor if not for Vader.

He had character flaws as well. At the beginning he was whiny and impatient and it took until the end of the trilogy for him to become wise and powerful.

He had a character arc and certainly wasn't an invisible, totally self-reliant, Mary Sue like Rey was.

I've never seen such similarity in a movie and game based of it.

I wouldn't go see a Ghostbusters reboot regardless of who they cast. Ghostbusters is a classic gem that didn't need to be tampered with.

I'm also just sick of reboots in general. They're just lazy nine out of ten times.
