Kagome manages to have some of her soul still in her body thanks to the Shikone jewel shards when Kanna attempts to take it. Unfortunately for Kanna, her mirror is overloaded with souls thanks to Kagome and the next absorption could shatter the mirror. Kanna departs when Miroku shows up. Meanwhile, Inuyasha clashes with Kagura as he attempts to use the Wound of the Wind on her. However, Kagura deflects the attack with her mirror and seriously wounds Inuyasha. Kagome and the others arrive at the battle along with Naraku. He boasts how Kikyo had given him the jewel fragment that Kagome had before. As Kagura is about to attack Miroku with her Fujin no Mai, Kagome blocks the attack with a spiritual arrow. She then fires an arrow at Kanna's mirror and the mirror is at its limits with holding souls as Kanna is forced to release them. Miroku then attempts to suck up Naraku, Kanna, and Kagura with his Air Void but the three escape. Miroku leaves a note for Koharu and the Inuyasha group rest at a cabin so Inuyasha and Sango can recover from their injuries. Inuyasha starts to question his loyalty to Kikyo after everything she has done.

After having a fight with Kagura, Kagome is helping Inuyasha to to feel better. They are discusing about why if Naraku is man he could separate himself into a girl like kagura. It was all because when Kikio gave him Kagome´s shards he started learning new techniques. Then Sngo was in the lake when a group of men wanted to take her. She quickly hits them and a girl gets out of someplace. Inuyasha hits the lider and they leave. The girl saw Miroku and starts hugging him as if they met years ago. Her name was Koharu, and she met Miroku 3 years ago. She was suffering a lot and Miroku helped her. She was a nice girl and of course Miroku asked her to bare his child ( fiuf! he realy was a jerk... he asked her thar when she had only 11 years!!) Sango, Kagome´s, and also Inuyasha´s reaction was of surprise. Now that Koharu has 14 years she tells Miroku that now she can bare his child. Then Miroku goes to talk with her and he tells her that she can go with him bacause it is too dangerous. Meanwhile, Kagome and Inuyasha are spying them. Inuyasha turns to see Sango and he tells her: " Maybe it is my imagination, but you´ve been too angry since we arrived here Sango" " Ah! It´s because you have a lot of imagination!!" " au, au, au" cried Inuyasha wile Sango was very angry. Then Miroku went to a village and asked a man if Koharu can stay there. She was too sad and leaves criying. Everybody told him that maybe he must pass the night by her side. " No, if I do that the young Koharu may have a bad memory about me" " WHAT!!!???" " Why are you going to do that Miroku?" asked Shippo."Well listen Shippo..." said Miroku. " That´s not necessary! He´s too small and he won´t understand you" said Kagome. Finally Inuyasha say Koharu crying ( and you know he doesn´t like to see women cry) He tells her that she can go with them. At night she wents out and sees Kanna. Inmediatly Kanna starts taking away Koharu´s soul. Then many villagers attacked Inuyasha and Miroku. Sango sees Kanna and she trhows her boomerang, but she attacks Sango. Then Koharu takes Kagome and Kanna starts taking away her souls. Miroku arrives and sees Koharu. She hugs him and takes a knife to hurt Miroku...........

Certianly one of the better episodes, this episode shows the true bonds between the members of the wolf demon tribe, particularly Koga's bonds to the others of his tribe. If memory serves, the episode begins with Koga already being at the castle. Once he sees Inuyasha covered in the blood of his bretheren, Koga is blinded with rage and attempts to kill Inuyasha. When Kagome attempts to intecede on Inuyasha's behalf, Koga replies, "Words are cheap! I believe what I see with my own eyes!" Somewhere in this time span, possibly before the last statement, Inuyasha dodges an attack and it almost hits Kagome. (Darn you Kirara! Why couldn't you leave her to die!?!) Inuyasha blames Koga and Koga replies: "If Kagome is injured it should be on your head." After some more intense battling and many insults, Kagome finally realizes that the Shikon shard in Koga's arm is NOT a Shikon shard. (I swear she's "blond" if you catch my drift) After some deliberation, Miroku and Sango agree that it would be best if the two of them search the castle for Naraku. Upon entering, Kagura greets them: "Shall I give you a formal introduction? Good evening. My name is Kagura. You must be Sango and you're Miroku... He's not in right now but he left a little present for you. Naraku hopes you will find his gift entertaining." With that, she throws one of those dolls to the ground and it becomes a golem. After which, she declares that she is off to "watch the outdoor entertainment" and that she cares not who wins. Outside, Koga has apparently killed Inuyasha. He declares, "At last... that murderer's finally dead." "Well done, Wolf Boy. Now you can die without having any regrets," Kagura smiles to him. "I shall see to it that you have one final dance." With that, Kagura starts her Dance of the Dead again and thus begins the battle between Kagura and Koga which is brought to a swift conclusion by the poison released into Koga's body by the faux jewel shard. However, *heroic music* Inuyasha rises from the crater Koga left him in and challenges Kagura before she can remove Koga's shards. "Wolf Boy, it seems you didn't complete the job." Here, Inuyasha states that Kagura smells of Naraku and their battle begins. Suddenly, in the midst of the battle, Inuyasha realizes that he cannot see the wind scar around Kagura. In order to aid Inuyasha, Kagome fires an arrow which misses but still effects the battle greatly. Inuyasha sees Kagome's arrow effect Kagura's wind powers and deduces that, if he is hit with an arrow as well, the wind will be neutralized and he can use the wind scar. He tells Kagome to hit him with an arrow, she does, and he is able to strike Kagura with the wind scar. As Kagura departs, Inuyasha notices the spider-shaped burn on Kagura's back...

Shows Koga sitting in his den with two wolfs sitting by his side. Some other wolf demons come and say a wizard(Naraku)has a big jewel shard and that they should attack! Koga: "Not now, I have some other bussinus to attend to first.(InuYasha!!!)" Koga thinking as wolfs walk out: "Damn, this wound isn't healing as fast as I hoped it would. I still can't belive that mutt defeated that bird with one swing of that sword, and then ran off with my jewel shard AND my woman!" The other wolfs then go after Naraku without Koga. (Some stayed with him.) At Naraku's Castle: One Wolf: "Attack!" They all charge. A woman then swings a fan and kills the wolfs.

InuYasha and the gang are walking. Kagome walks through a bush and points in a direction. Kagome: "I definitly sense a jewel shard this way." Shippo: "InuYasha, you should stop fighting with Kagome." InuYasha just snorts. Miroku: "They say a demon bear has been attacking villages. It started as a bear cub who wandered into a village and then grew extreamly big." InuYasha: " Why waste our time on a bear when we could be on a wolf hunt." Kagome thinks: "Koga.." InuYasha: We already know that that stupid wolf Koga has two shards jammed in his scronny,hairy little legs."They then find the bear and attack it. Kagome: "InuYasha! It has a jewel shard in his forehead!" Suddenly, Naraku's insects come and take out the jewel and run.(Cowards...) Sango: "You think it's a trap?" Miroku:"Probably." InuYasha: "I don't care if it is."

Back at Koga's den: Koga sees a wolf that went to fight Naraku standing outside very wounded. Koga: "What happened?!" Wolf stiks out his hand and reveals a jewel shard. Koga: "You got a sacred jewel shard!" (Duh!Thank you Mr.Obvious!) Wolf: "You must go Koga, if you don't, everyone will be slaughtered!" You then see Koga jumping cliff to cliff and says: "I'll put this to good use!" And sticks the jewel shard in his arm.

At Naraku's Castle: InuYasha breaks down the door and sees the wolf demons(dead of course.). They then come slive and spill they're blood all over InuYasha. Then they all die again. Koga comes over the wall and sees the blood on InuYasha. Koga: "INUYASHA!!!!" InuYasha: "Before you jump to conclusions your friends were already dead by the time we got here." Koga: "Liar! You're covered in their blood!" Kagome: "Koga! Stop! It wasn't InuYasha!" Koga: "Kagome..." He then looks back to InuYasha and yells: " Prepare to die! and attacks him."

It's simple, the episode begins with the brief flashback of Kagome leaving to her era, all thanks to Inuyasha trying to see if she had developed feelings for Kouga. She left on Kirara home, moping during her stay. She says she feels as if she left something in the Feudal Era. Inuyasha, on the other hand, is yet the same but putting on something else. Miroku was up to his usual thing, 'bear my child' and palm reading while Sango and Shippo talk about it.

Soon, after awhile, Inuyasha is at the well, and departs. Inuyasha is then in Kagome's room, as she and her friends are in a fast food place called WacDonald's and talk about the boy Kagome describes. Kagome describes Inuyasha and finds she has developed feelings for him. Meanwhile, Souta pops into Kagome's room to find Inuyasha. Inuyaha left, telling Souta not to tell. Kagome enters and asks Souta why is he in there? He tells her it is a 'man to man' secret. Another day went by as Houtou gets told Kagome will go to the movies with him later. That night, Kagome is in the tub realizing that she has never been this mad before

As that goes by, Shippo and Inuyasha talk to Kaede. Shippo says a situation for his 'dog friend' (hint). Kaede says that he should go talk to her about it and apologize. Inuyasha leaves, goes into Kagome's room again. The alarm clock goes off. Inuyasha takes it and leaves, as Kagome reaches for it. She realizes it is gone. Nothing else matters, except for Houtou blown off. Kagome then leaves to the feudal era, meeting Inuyasha at the well. Inuyasha apologizes for the alarm clock, as Kagome thought other. In the end, Miroku, Sango and Shippo stick up for him.

Kagome was captured by Koga in the last episode and still is with him. In the cave Kagome and Shippo are sitting on the ground. Kagome tells Shippo to escape but Shippo won't leave without Kagome. Then Shippo has an idea and transformed into Koga. Shippo disguised as Koga takes Kagome by the arm and starts walking to the exit of the cave. But Shippo's transformation is flawed and a wolf bites Shippo's tail and Shippo transformed back to his original form. They run to the edge of the cliff and stop there. Kagome throws Shippo over the side. Shippo transforms into a bird and flies away. And Kagome yells after Shippo and says, "Shippo go find Inuyasha!" Then the seen goes to Inuyasha and the others walking and the birds of paridise swoop down and attack them. Then Miroku says to Inuyasha,"maybe you should let the birds of paradise kidnap you!" And Inuyasha says, "Why would I do that, then he relizes theres a chance that The Birds of Paradise might be in league with the Demon Wolf Tribe. And lets himself get caught. But later they find out they are not in league with each other but enemies. Then we go back to the cliff were Kagome and the wolf tribe is. Thats when Koga declares Kagome "his woman" which angers Kagome to know end. So she slaps Koga. Then later Koga asks Kagome if she would help him beat his enemy The Birds of Paradise. (Kagome agrees) And they go to fight them. Inuyasha and the gang show up and Kagome runs to them. A little bit later Koga comes down and tells Inuyasha to back off becouse Kagome is his woman, and Kagome says "He's just saying what he wants to be true." (something like that anyways) And then Koga says I love you Kagome. And Inuyasha starts freaking out. Then later theres a fight seen between Inuyasha, Koga and the Birds of Paradise. Inuyasha delivers the final blow and its all over. Koga was injured and now that the wolf tribe listens to Kagome she tells them to take him back to the cave for care and treatment. Since Kagome let Koga get away, Inuyahsa and Kagome get in a huge fight and Kagome goes home through the well.

Well this episode starts with the Inu-Gang surrounded by Koga's Wolf Pack. Inuyasha slices a few and the rest begin to howl, calling Koga who is obviously their leader. A huge wind tornado thingy comes out and then Koga appears. He looks around at the dead wolves and says, "How could you?" Inuyasha says, "What have you done? You reek of human blood?" (I think, either that or something similar to that..)*Flashback to wolves attacking villagers* Koga replies,"You smell worse you mutt." Kagome then tries to tell Inuyasha that Koga has three jewel shards, one in his right arm and one in each of his legs but Inuyasha doesn't hear her. Inuyasha and Koga start to fight and Inuyasha gets kicked in the jaw and falls to the ground. Kagome then shouts out,"Watch out Inuyasha he's got three jewel shards, one in his right arm and one in each of his legs." Koga looks and Kagome and thinks, "She can see jewel shards. Inuyasha begins to stand and says, "Now you tell me..." Inuyasha is about to use the wind scar when Koga senses he's n danger and yells, "RETREAT!" And him and his wolves run off. Inuyasha is surprised.

Later that night you see Inuyasha and Miroku burying the villagers. Inuyasha says, "Everywhere Kagome senses a jewel shard we come across a village that's been completely slaughtered. I've become a professional grave digger and I'm not getting paid for it." Miroku kneels down and begins to pray to a grave. He rises up and says,"Inuyasha, I do not support the fact that you are seek out the jewel to become a full-fledged demon." Inuyasha doesn't care.

Back at the hut that Sango, Kagome, and Shippou are at Kagome and Shippou are outside gathering firewood and Shippou tells Kagome about Koga and his Wolf Pack. When they go inside the hut Sango asks if they've seen Kirara(Kilala) anywhere, Kagome replies, "I saw her with Inuyasha earlier this evening." Sango says, "With Inuyasha again? She been with following him for the past few days." Then you see Inuyasha and Kirara(Kilala)out in the woods somewhere. Inuyasha is practicing how to use the wind scar with Kirara's(Kilala) help. They stop and Inuyasha says, "I smell dinner. Let's go Kirara(Kilala)" Kirara(Kilala) stops because she sensed something weird. She looks back and you some red eyes in the bushes. Inuyasha calls her and she follows him.

The next morning you see Inuyasha sniffing the ground. Then you see Kaogme and Shippou a few feet behind Inu. Shippou says in a hushed sort of voice,"I don't blame him for being mad at Koga for calling him a mongrel but he kind of looks like one when he's down on all fours like that." Inuyasha yells," HEY I HEARD THAT!" (And something else...It's slipped my mind) Sango and Miroku are up in the sky on Kirara(Kilala) and a bird like thing is flying over their heads. All three of them sense something bad. The land where Inuyasha, Kagome and Shippou are and Miroku asks Inuyasha if he hears or smells anything unusual. Inuyasha folds his arms and yells, "WHAT!? Now all of a sudden I'm your faithful terrier! YOU GUYS PISS ME OFF EVERYTIME!!!" Then Koga's wolf pack slide down the cliff and some jump on Inuyasha,pushing him off the cliff. Miroku,Sango and Kagome fight the rest but then Koga swoops down and grabs Kagome. Miroku yells,"NOOO KAGOME!"

The wolves get off Inuyasha and let him fall into the water. Koga stops with Kagome over his shoulder and Shippou apparently clutching on to his tail. A hoard huge, ugly bird like demon things fly toward them, Koga asks Kagome if any of them have a jewel shard, sh esays no. Then they run off and you see Inuyasha getting pulled out of the water buy Miroku. They try to fnd their missing comrades and see Shippous warning signs,little crying mushromm things, and follow them.

Meanwhile in the wovles den Koga explains how them and the bird demon thingys are in sort of a war for land and one of them have a jewel shard he asks if Kagome will help them and she agrees. Then Shippou finds out that the wolves picked all of his warning signs and now Inuyasha will have a harder time or may not find them...

Inuyasha and Sesshomaru are still battling. Inuyasha is confident he can still chop off the new arm, but Sango points out that this is a dragon’s claw. They’re much more powerful than a regular demon’s arm. Toto-sai says that unless Inuyasha can master the Wind Scar, which is the secret to Tetsusaiga’s ultimate power, Sesshomaru will likely kill him.

Sesshomaru relentlessly attacks the sword, making it ring and vibrate violently. His goal is to destroy it. Inuyasha throws himself in front of the sword and takes a major wound to the head. Sesshomaru also blinds him with his poisonous claws. The chips are down, but then Inuyasha senses the winds of power surrounding his brother. He can even smell them. He realizes that if he hits the winds in the exact spot where they all combine, he can even cut into the power. With all his strength he swings the blade. Sesshomaru is hit with a powerful blast. The Tenseiga at his waist glows and Sesshomaru disappears in the blast.

Inuyasha has discovered how to use the Wind Scar, but Toto-sai warns that he is still not equal to Sesshomaru in power. He realizes that the Tenseiga protected Sesshomaru and transported him to safety. Despite Sesshomaru’s black heart, the Tenseiga still belongs to him, and will save his life, since it is a healing sword. Toto-sai repairs the minor damage Tetsusaiga received and then takes his leave, hoping that the brothers will one day realize they can’t fight forever.

Meanwhile, Sesshomaru lies in a forest somewhere, severely injured but alive. A young human girl, Rin, stumbles upon him. Though he at first tries to scare her away, she keeps bringing him food and caring for him. Sesshomaru is obviously unnerved by this behavior. When the villagers beat the girl for stealing food, he even inquires to her injuries. She says nothing but smiles brightly at him.

A strange wolf demon leads his pack into Rin’s village, in search of a thief who happens to be hiding in the poor girl’s house. The wolf leader kills the thief and takes a Shikon shard from him. He then orders the wolves to kill the villagers. He leaves, but the wolves remain and devour the villagers, Rin included.

Jaken searches for Sesshomaru, unnerved that earlier Sesshomaru attacked him with his sword. Was it a test, or was he teasing? Sesshomaru shows up and they’re about to leave when the demon smells a familiar blood scent. He and Jaken investigate and find the dead Rin. Sesshomaru brings her back to life with the Tenseiga, much to Jaken’s—and even Sesshomaru’s—surprise. The girl then follows him as he coolly walks away.

The Inuyasha gang, Kagome having announced sensing a shard a while back, arrive upon the massacred village. The wolves attack them, but Inuyasha easily fends them off. So the wolves call for help and their leader, the wolf man from earlier, shows up. Kagome warns that he has three shards—one in each leg and one in an arm. He’s powerful and quick, and they’ve got a real tough fight on their hands.

In the beginning of the episode Totosai is arguing with Inuyasha because Inuyasha doesn't know how to use the Wind Scar so when he tries to take the sword and Inuyasha womps him!Totosai leaves saying that the sword will eventually break and a little later he returns because a big light is following him SESSHOMARU!Sesshomaru had been talking to him about making a sword that can match the strength of the Tetsaiga, but Totosai refuses.Totosai says that Sesshomaru's father had left him the Tenseiga to him and the Tetsaiga to the Inuyasha.Sesshomaru still angry at the old man says that the Tenseiga is worthless and says If you won't make me a sword that can match Tetsaiga than I will break it!Inuyasha enraged fights Sesshomaru and swings his sword around like an idiot as usual.Sesshomaru is hit with a direct blow from the Wind Scar when Inuyasha finds out how to use it during battle.You'd think that Sesshomaru would be dead, but it was infact the sword that he called worthTenseiga that saved him from certain death!A little girl finds Sesshomaru in the forest and offers him food but he declines.When the little girl Rin sneaks into the river and steals some of the fish for Sesshomaru the villagers are enraged and punish her with a beating.When she comes back to Sesshomaru she offers him food again, but yet again he declines, but as she's leaving Sesshomaru asks how she got all bruised up and she turns around and smiles.He finds this kind of odd and says what's so funny about me asking you how you got those bruises?Later the same village that Rin lived in was attacked by a pack of wolves lead by a wolf demon KOGA!He starts to fight Inuyasha, but just as Inuyasha was about to use the Wind Scar Koga realizes what he's up against and high-tails it out of there.Everybody in the village was killed except for Rin who was still running away from a group of wolves.She was trying to find Sesshomaru to ask for help and she trips and the wolves kill her.Sesshomaru finds her lifeless body and decides to test the Tenseiga's true power and he revives her and from that point on she follows Sesshomaru just as Jaken does, but before she met Sesshomaru her parents were killed and she never talked and now she does.

After Naraku set the whole plot thing with the Miasma and everything and Kikyo broke the spell saving Inuyasha, Naraku took her and fled to his castle taking her with him. Then Inuyasha and gang went to go and find her before Naraku did anything to hurt her. So Naraku set a trap so Kikyo's soul gatherers and other uninvited people could not get through. Then he opened the window and let one of the soul gatherers come in. He took the soul and shot a jewel shard init and put it in Kikyo and told her to go after Kagome.

Well because of the spell every one was living their worst fears(stupid tree roots), all except for Kagome, she was untouched and soon met up with Kikyo who tried to kill her! Miroku was dreaming his cursed hole in his hand was spredding and swallowing him. Inuysha re lived the night when he and Kikyo became enemies, then he said he would always protect her, of course he rememberd Kagome and broke the spell. Sango was fighting Kohaku and well it was not a pritty sight. Shippo was left alone and he found everyone's clothes, but not them. So Inuyasha freed Miroku and told him to find everyone else and that he was going to find Kagome.

Well Kikyo took Kagome's shards of the jewel and was gonig to leave just when Inuyasha showed up. He told Kikyo to give the shards back to Kagome and asked Kagome if she was alright. Well Kagome was shaking and scared, Kikyo laughed at Inuyasha and told him she tried to kill little Kagome, and Kikyo left saying, "When we embrace death tougether, now thats a day I'll wait for..." and she flew off back to Naraku. Inuyasha asked Kagome if Kikyo really did try to kill her and she said she could not tell him, she felt like she was telling on her. They left and met up with Miroku and gang and left.

Kikyo took the shards back to Naraku and told him, "Perhaps you want the shards to become a full demon.." then she left and said she would not run, in her mind as she walked away she said, 'Go Naraku gather the shards of the jwewl, once you've gathered them all then I will send you to hell. Free to hate my soul is so much freer now then it was then... free to hate and free to love...' (My favorite line in this episode)

Then Naraku was all pissed off because he found out he was only a half demon and the spider marks reappeared on his back.
