22 The Soul Of Kikyo

Three children were looking flowers for Kikyo, then two monks were watching Kikyo behind a tree.Kikyo notice the two monks and ask them why are they watching her,the monks answer back that her beauty is very beautiful. Then the older monk drop a scroll down the ground and ask her if she can pick it up for him. When she pick it up for him she and gave it to the monk a strange power go through him and when he look at the scroll it was blank. The monk said to Kikyo that she should return she came from.

When they got to the village Kikyo said to one of the three children thst she is like her little sister from a long time ago. When it was night time the little girl can't stop thinkig about Kikyo, then she saw Kikyo and follow her to a river and hid behind a tree. When Kikyo was about to get the dead soul the monks came by and the older one got a dragon claw and it was going toward kikyo and it hurl around the Kikyo and Kikyo thrust it to the older monk andit hit it's neck.

Then Inuyasha and the gang was sitting near a river and they saw a man and in the river and got him up.When he wake up and saw Kagome face he was very scared, then he told them that a women that attack his master and she look like Kagome. Then he told the name of the women( that is Kikyo) and Inuyasha was very angry and he start to start searching for Kikyo.

When Inuyasha is looking for Kikyo,Kagome saw some dead souls and follow it and Miroku and Shippo follow her then there was this sheild force and Kagome went through and Miroku and Shippo was stop by the sheild force then Kagome slip down a hill and saw Kikyo.

21 Naraku's True Identity Unveiled

Okay, this episode starts out with Inuyasha still trying to kick Royakan's butt. Then Kagome pops up and is having this flash back of Hojo asking her out with her grand-pa telling everybody who calls that she has some serious back ailness. Then suddenly on her way out to her date she senses the Shikon jewel fragments in the well and goes to look. She can't find any so decides to hit the road with Hojo.

Meanwhile, Shippos is sliding down a tree and gets a branch right where it hurts. So he passes out and drops the Shikon jewel he got when Inuyasa dropped it. Duh, duh, duh...

Now Kagome is taling with Hojo, an with him being an idiot about what's going on and thinking that her distraction is pain she easily leaves the date and goes running home to the well. She jumps down into it and starts to dig around for the Shikon jewel she senses. The bright lights and suddenly, low and behold, she's sitting in the well with Shippo who immediately hugs her. Then Inuyasha, sensing her "wonderful" presence runs to the well. He rips out the tree from the well and throws it down Royakans' throat who then dies from leaf inhalation apparently. Kagome climbs out of the well, pauses, then runs into the strong arms of Inuyasha who feels very akward and embarassed. He then softens but hey the moment is then ruined by their pointless fighting.

Naraku hides in the forest and watches and when he notces Kagome all he can do is stare in disbelief that Kikyo is somehow alive. Suddenly Kagome senses someone who also carries alot of Shikon jewel fragments nearby. Then Inuyasha and MIroku run out into the forest and face Naraku who hides in his gorilla outfit. Inuyasha swears a bit about wanting to kill him for killing Kikyo and ruining their love for one another.

Then Kaede confronts him and asks if he is the one Onigumo who Kikyo helped heal. He says no but he is the demon created from the sacrifice of Onigumo's soul. Onigumo started to feel desire for Kikyo and sacrficed his flesh to a hundred demons in return they would give his soul, a body and their powers.

Then Naraku tries to run away when Inuyasha strips him of his gorilla costume and he flies up into the sky. He casts his spell of "death thingy" and Inuyasha's clothes burn from his body but as he draws the Tetsaiga it pushes away the smoke stuff and he chops Naraku's shirt off, showing a spider burned into his back.

Then Miroku is seen discussing the spider burn on his back with Kaede as Kagome looks at Inuyasha who sits in a tree. He turns to look at her ad they have that beutiful moment of looking. So Miroku declares that Naraku's mark will always be his burn as he looks at his wind-tunnel.

20 Despicable Villan! The Mystery Of Onigumo

Kagome is in her time and she is very frustrated that her grandfather is lying to her friends and telling everyone, including hojo, that she is sick, something about a back injury.

Back in the feudal era, InuYasha is faced with the demon that was sent by Naraku, and Kaede and Miroku are telling him to attack the jewl in the demon's body, but they can't locate it and Miroku and Kaede are telling him that Kagome would have been able to help. Shippo is being attacked, and climbs down the well to find Kagome, and drops the jewl, so when Kagome goes to the well cause she senses something, she goes back to the feudal era. She does, and Inuyasha smells her and rescues her. Kagome gets frustrated because InuYasha didn't miss her (much).

Kagome senses something and it is Naraku, and InuYasha corners him, and he claims to recognize Kaede. He begins to talk about Onigumo wishing to see Kiyko angry. He called forth the demons to feast on his flesh and such. and in exchange give him their mobility and strength.. (something along those lines.) To become the demon Naraku, who was formed by countless Demons. He says her power was weakened because she was in love with our favorite worthless half-breed. He even admits to setting them up without any regret, and says Kikyo got what she deserved, and InuYasha calls him a bastard. He's angry, I'd call it furious. He says their anger fueled their betreyal. "The sacred jewl grows even more beautiful when tainted with malice. " Kagome says there are more jewl shards within him then she can count. Naraku is revelaled once Inuyasha slices his monkey suit. Naraku uses a cloud of destruction +so forth.

19 Go Back To Your Own Time Kagome!

Okay, this all starts out with Inuyasha and Sesshomaru still in battle. Kagome fires an arrow at Sesshomaru and he goes at her ready 2 attack, but Inuyasha steps in front of her and takes the blow. He tells her 2 go help Miroku. She goes over to give him some antidote and Miroku tells her he's too weak to sit up to take it and that she must transfer it to him through her mouth. When Miroku looks up he's see Shippo holding the antidote bottle and he looks like he's bout 2 kiss Miroku(Shippo's cute and all but that's sick). We see Kagome on a boulder that's between them and the battle. She thinks 2 herself that since Miroku's acting normal that he'll be alright. She gets another arrow to fire at Sesshomaru. She lets it go and she gets really close 2 hitting him(I think)and he uses the tegsuaiga(can't spell that) and it sends this HUGE blast towards her and Inuyasha tries 2 get over there but doesn't and it hits the boulder and we see Kagome on the ground. Inuyasha goes over 2 her and sees if she's ok. He holds her face in his hands and says, "Kagome?"(it appears that she's knocked out). He sets her down gently and says to Sesshomaru that he's gonna pay for that and manages 2 tear off that fake arm.(HAHA! GO INUYASHA!) Then he gets the tegsuaiga and he like passes out but his eyes are still open. Jaken looks at him and goes, "Master it appears he has fainted," and he goes closer but these burst of energy comes from it and he goes 2 hide behind Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru says something like even though he's unconscious he can still use it's power(I think). Then he leaves(chicken).

The next day they're back at the village and Inuyasha tells Kagome to come walk with him. Miroku and Shippo begin 2 follow and Inuyasha shouts, "What are you two doing? Can't we be alone for a little bit?!" and they leave them there. While they're walking Kagome says to Inuyasha, "You know you shouldn't be walking around until you're wounds are better." Inuyasha says, "Don't worry I'll be fine." Kagome stops to pick a few herbs and she says, "These herbs will make you're wounds heal quicker." Inuyasha replies, "You've gotten stronger, Kagome." "Well it's hard not to while we're chasing demons all the time, " she says. Then they come up to the well and Inuyasha sits down. Inuyasha says something like Kagome I was really hoping you wouldn't get hurt yesterday(I think he says something like that). Kagome gets close to him and says, "Are you feeling ok?" and she feels of his head. Then(I LOVE THIS PART)he grabs hold of her and pulls her into an embrace she goes, "Inuyasha?" and he says, "I was scared, Kagome, I was scared I was going 2 lose you and I never want that to happen(aaawwww!)and I'm going to make sure that doesn't happen," and he pushes her into the well(NOOOO!!!). Of course Miroku and Shippo were hiding in the bushes the whole time and they run out saying stuff like, NOOOO, Inuyasha why'd you do that?, Now we can't find the jewels. And Inuyasha goes, "I coud never fight at my best with Kagome around, now I can," and he walks off. Kagome at the other side yells, "Inuyasha when I get back you're in big trouble!" and then when she looks for the jewel she finds that it's missing. Then she wonders to herself in he hugged her only to take the jewel??? Then she remebers all that he said to her and so on....ok well that's it The End!

18 Naraku And Sesshomaru Join Forces

The ep begins with flashbacks of previous eps in which Kagome explains (in a voice over) about how Naraku made Inu and Kikyo think they betrayed each other.

At dusk, a band of outlaws is travelling down a road on horseback. They have just raided a tiny village One of the men says that they should hurry out of the area instead of setting up camp for the night, because it is said that the monsters come out when the sun sets. Their chief thinks that they are cowards.

Suddenly, they see someone standing in the middle of the road, with the setting sun making him a silhouette (we can tell that it is Sesshomaru). The chief orders his men to attack the person and strip him of his weapons. As they charge Sess, his left arm turns into a blue wolf-type claw, and in his silhouette, his eyes turn red. With one foul swoop, Sess takes them all out.

Jaken emerges from the grass and commends Sess on taking out the men so quickly. He says that killing the blue demon earlier and stealing his arm was a great idea. Sess calls Jaken a fool and then rips the arm off, tossing it to the ground. He says that the arm has already been rendered useless, but the hand of the blue arm grabs Jaken! Sess tells Jaken to find him another suitable demon and bring back his arm, and if he doesn’t, Sess will kill him. Sess then walks away while Jaken has to free himself from the gripping hand.

Jaken is thinking that all of this is Inu’s fault for cutting off Sess’ arm (in ep 7). There is a flashback of the scene where Inu used the Tetsusaiga to sever Sess’ leg (while he was in his dog demon form), which means that his left arm was gone in his human form. Jaken indicates that it’s not the sword he hates, but the beast that wielded it (Inu). He says that Sess, by rights, should have the Tetsusaiga and that they will get it back from Inu.

Sess says that even if he gets another arm, it will be rendered useless after a short time. A voice suddenly says “A vexing problem, isn’t it?”. Sess turns around to find a demon sitting behind him. Jaken hides behind Sess. The demon (who is just a man with a monster suit on) asks Sess if he is the elder brother of Inu, Sesshomaru. Sess asks the demon what he wants, and if he should know him. The demon says that he also hates Inu, and that he can help Sess.

The demon holds up a human arm and suggests that Sess use it. Jaken thinks he’s crazy. The demon tells Sess that it is indeed a human arm, but that it is embedded with a shard of the Shikon jewel. He claims that if Sess uses the arm, he will be able to wield the Tetsusaiga. Sess says that the demon mentioned he hated Inu, and does that mean that he wants to use Sess to get his revenge? The demon says yes, and Jaken begins a forceful protest at his master’s exploitation, but Sess says it sounds interesting and agrees to the proposal. Then the demon adds one more benefit. He gives Sess a small round object which he claims to be a hive, and says that Sess can make good use of it. Sess says that he wishes to know the name of the one he is making this pact with. The demon apologizes and says to call him Naraku (whoa ho ho....). Sess tells him he’s got a deal.

Meanwhile, Inu & Co. have stopped at a tavern to spend the night. In their room, Kagome and Shippo are eating. Kagome thinks this is much better than sleeping in the forest, and Inu sarcastically excuses himself for making them sleep outside all the time. Kagome calls him “touchy” and asks what his problem is. Shippo thinks Inu’s mad because it was Miroku’s idea to come to the tavern, but with food like this, who cares whose idea it was? Inu tries to ignore them.

Outside, Miroku is putting up talismans and tells the innkeeper that with this last seal in place, the ominous clouds over his tavern should disappear for good. The innkeeper thanks him and says now that Miroku has performed his “exorcism”, the innkeeper can sleep easy. Miroku just smiles and takes the compliment, saying that it’s all in a day’s work. (he is so terrible!)

Miroku goes back to the room and Kagome asks him how the exorcism went. He says “uneventful” and that he’s now ready for some rest. Inu then questions Miroku about his “powers” and about the fact that whenever they need to bed down for the night, Miroku suddenly detects an “ominous cloud” over whatever tavern is the nicest. Miroku says “You noticed that did you?”, and claims that a lie is sometimes the fastest way to get what he wants. Shippo is surprised, but Kagome knew it all along. Inu tells Miroku that he’s shiftier than he thought, but Miroku tells Inu that if he partakes in the results, his opinion of Miroku will soften (he says this as he offers Inu some food). Shippo seems excited about the dumplings that they got, and Inu says he’s as bad as Miroku.

Kagome tells Inu to calm down, but then the room starts to shake. Inu says whatever it is, it’s big. Miroku thinks they should run, but Inu says no way, Miroku just can’t “eat and run” (classic!). Miroku says that if the demon is big, they’ll be no match for it [there is some great verbal banter here]. Miroku says “It’s irrational, it’s impossible, it’s against my religiion”. Inu replies “You ought to be arrested.” (this is so great!)

Kagome says that she senses a jewel shard, and it’s approaching very quickly. Miroku says that since a jewel fragment is involved, he’ll make the effort, and he runs outside, followed by Inu, who says that this shard is his. Outside, the townspeople are wondering what’s going on. A huge shadowy claw then zooms across the sky and starts wreaking havoc on the town.

It turns out to be another of Sess’ shadow beasts, and the people run in fear. Inu and Miroku arrive, and Inu sees Sess sitting on the beast’s shoulder. He seems surprised that Sess is back. Sess jumps off the monster and lands on the ground, emittnig a poisonous fume from his hand. Inu & Co. all jump back (Inu doesn’t jump back that far) and Inu covers his nose with his sleeve.

Sess tells Inu that, as usual, he was slow to take action. Inu coughs as a huge black circle appears between him and Sess (result of the poison fumes). Sess says that he's come for the Tetsusaiga. Back behind some rocks, Miroku notes that the two know each other, and Kagome says that Sess is Inu’s brother, but that he’s a full demon, not a half demon like Inu. Inwardly, Kagome wonders about Sess’ second attempt to get the Tetsusaiga, when before, he couldn’t even touch it. She wonders what has changed.

Sess tells Inu to draw the Tetsusaiga, or is he going to surrender it without a battle? Inu draws it, claiming that this time, he’ll take off more then just one of Sess’ arms. He attacks Sess, who easily avoids him. Sess says it’s a pity that Inu hasn’t been able to fully unleash the Tetsusaiga’s power yet, and Inu is like “Oh yeah?”, and attacks Sess again. Sess reaches out and stops the sword stroke by grabbing Inu’s wrist with his right hand. An energy begins to emit from Sess’ hand, and it starts burning the flesh on Inu’s wrist. Kagome says it’s because of Sess’ poisonous nails.

Sess asks Inu which will drop first, his wrist or the Tetsusaiga? Inu says it won’t be the sword, and then reaches up with his left hand to grab the end of the hilt. He is able to free his right hand from Sess’ grip. He begins pushing Sess backward, and the others are surprised that Inu overpowered Sess. Inu tells Sess that he’s going to cut him in half, but Sess replies that Inu should have surrendered. Sess then leaps up, away from Inu, and uses his energy whip to knock the sword out of Inu’s hand and it goes flying. When it lands (blade-first) in the ground, it transforms back into its steel form. Inu runs for it, but Sess gets there first. Sess then reaches out and grabs hold of the sword’s hilt with his human hand.

The others are shocked, because Sess shouldn’t be able to touch the sword. As Sess pulls it out of the ground, it transforms back into its energy form, and Sess uses it to send a flash of energy at Inu. Inu is forced to jump back. Inwardly, Inu can’t understand why Sess can hold the Tetsusaiga, when he is a demon. Sess proclaims to be the rightful owner of the Tetsusaiga, and tells them to stand back while he demonstrates its full power. He signals to Jaken, who rides forth on the huge shadow beast, and it smashes its claw down on the side of the mountain. The ground begins to shake, and suddenly a host of lights emerge from the mountainside. The lights turn into demons, and they all rise up into the air.

Sess then tells Inu to watch and learn from a master, claiming that with one stroke, he will slaughter 100 demons. He pulls the sword back and then forcefully swings it in front of him, sending huge bolts of energy crashing toward the demons. All the demons are destroyed. Inu can’t believe what he’s seeing. All that’s left in the wake of the Tetsusaiga’s power is a huge crater where the mountain used to be.

Shippo, Kagome and Miroku are still shocked. Miroku can’t believe that Sess slayed all those demons, and split the mountain. Sess tells Inu that the sword forged from their father’s fang is unbeatable, but also says that the sword can’t choose its master, and that perhaps now Inu realizes that he can’t control it (because he’s a half-breed). Inu is furious with Sess.

Kagome calls Inu’s name and starts running toward him, but Miroku stops her and says that he will go. He tells her and Shippo to stay behind him, and Kagome figures that he’s going to use his hand. Sess tells Inu that his blood will stain the sword, and that it’s a fitting end for him. Inu vows (to himself) that Sess will never keep the Tetsusaiga. He seems ready to do something, when Miroku suddenly steps in front of him. Miroku claims that he is going to put an end to their foolish sibling rivalry.

Inu tells Miroku to butt out, and Sess seems to recognize something about Miroku. Inu tells Miroku that he can handle it, and pushes in front of him. Miroku tells Inu that he can’t do it on his own, and steps in front again. They start bickering back and forth. Meanwhile, Jaken remembers that Naraku said something about a monk, and wonders if Miroku is the same man. Naraku had told them that a monk was travelling with Inu and that he could be even more troublesome than Inu. Jaken doesn’t think that he looks that tough.

Jaken moves forward on the shadow beast and asks Sess to let him finish the monk off. Sess agrees, and Jaken orders the shadow beast to crush him. It raises its claw, but Miroku takes the beads off his hand and unleashes the wind tunnel. Sess jumps back and plants the Tetsusaiga in the ground to hold himself, but the shadow beast starts getting sucked into the wind tunnel. Jaken panicks. Shippo cheers Miroku on, and Kagome says that he’s the best, then turns to Inu and says “Oh yeah, you were good too.” Inu is not impressed.

Sess starts thinking that this is a good time to use the secret weapon that Naraku gave to him, and which he called the Hive of the Saimyoushou, which contains “insects from hell”. Naraku had said that it would be useful in plugging the hole in Miroku’s hand. Sess tosses the hive up in the air, and hundreds of wasp-like insects appear out of it. They swarm toward Miroku. Kagome notes that they’re not being sucked in, but that they’re flying right at Miroku! As they continue to enter his hand, Miroku suddenly feels a huge pain in his hand. He steps back, halting the wind tunnel as he cradles his right hand and sinks onto the ground. He tells Inu that he’ll have to take over again, and Inu wonders what the insects did to him.

The shadow beast, who was almost sucked into the wind tunnel, falls foward onto the ground and Jaken goes flying. The insects zoom in for another attack, and Inu uses his iron reaver soul stealer attack to shred them. Kagome asks Miroku if he is alright. He says that the insects have poisoned him with their venom. Kagome tells Miroku not to move, and that she’s going to look for an antidote. As she runs back toward the tavern, she yells to Inu to watch Miroku. Inu continues to destroy the insects, then lands and asks Miroku for “a little help here”. Miroku apologizes to Inu but says that the venom has gotten to him. He wonders how insects could block the use of his hand.

As most of the insects have been destroyed, Inu throws his blades of blood at Sess, but Sess blocks them easily with the Tetsusaiga. Inu grabs Miroku and they take shelter with Shippo behind the shadow beast (which is still incapacitated). Inu angrily tells Miroku that he owes him big for this, but Miroku seems seriously hurt, and doesn’t answer. Inu remembers what Miroku said about the venom and wonders if he’s really in trouble. Shippo warns them that Sess is coming, and as Sess approaches, he figures that Inu has no hope. Inu wonders what he ‘s going to do, knowing that only one stroke from the Tetsusaiga will destroy them all. Sess says that this is the end, and tells them to die as he swoops the Tetsusaiga forward. The shadow beast is completely destroyed and an explosion rocks the ground.

Surprisingly, Inu emerges from the earth that has fallen on top of him, and growls at Sess. Sess laughs, saying that Inu is stupid. He tells Inu to run and hide because that is the only option left. Sess then says that, on the other hand, Inu could stand and face his death, and that in doing so, he would die with honour. Inu’s reply to this speech is so awesome. He says “Blah, blah, blah. The guy starts swinging a big new sword around and suddenly he’s looking for a soap box to stand on and preach to the world.” That was so great! Inu then gives Sess a piece of advice.... when he kills someone, make sure he does it right the first time, because if the first attack only maims the person, they have a nasty way of coming back to make you regret it! Go Inu!

Inu then leaps up completely out of the dirt and attacks Sess, forcing him up into the air. Sess says that he’s heard enough, and brings the Tetsusaiga down on Inu. But Inu blocks it with the Tetsusaiga’s sheath! Sess is surprised that Inu is holding off the Tetsusaga with its own sheath. Inu starts laughing at Sess.

Meanwhile, Jaken emerges from the dirt and can’t believe that Sess almost killed him too. Jaken worries about his future! A hand then reaches up and grabs Jaken by the head. Miroku emerges from the dirt, followed by Shippo. Jaken can’t believe that they’re still alive. Miroku asks Jaken how, when he’s never even met Sess or Jaken before, they knew to use the insects to stop his wind tunnel? Jaken plays stupid for a moment, then uses his staff to knock Miroku down the dirt hill with a fire blast. Shippo runs to Miroku’s side while Jaken stands at the top of the fill, claiming that he can handle a weak monk and a puny fox child all at once.

Sess ridicules Inu for trying to hold off a powerful sword with a sheath, but Inu claims that it’s no ordinary sheath. Inu promises to crack open Sess’ head with it. Meanwhile, Shippo is trying all of his usual tricks on Jaken, but is getting nowhere. Miroku tells Shippo to save himself, but Shippo says that he’s staying. They duck and then run as another fire blast comes at them from Jaken’s staff.

Sess tells Inu that if he thinks he can kill him, prove it. Sess then takes a sideswipe at Inu, forcing Inu to jump backward into the air. When he lands, Sess renews his attack, and after several hits, he knocks the sheath from Inu’s hand. Now weaponless, Inu is at the pointy end of the Tetsusaiga, and Sess tells Inu that with one more strike, it will be over. They regard each other for a single moment, Sess with an expression of confidence, Inu with complete anger. Sess raises the Tetsusaiga up for the final blow.

Suddenly, an arrow strikes the tip of the Tetsusaiga. Then another one strikes on the blade. Everyone watches in awe as the Tetsusaiga’s glow goes out and it transforms back into its steel form. Inu can’t believe it. As one of the arrows lands in the ground behind them, they hear Kagome’s voice calling Sess’ name. They turn to see her standing up on the crest of a hill near the tavern, and she’s got another arrow knocked on her bow. She tells Sess to drop the sword, or the next arrow will pierce his heart.

Inu calls her name, and as she draws the arrow back more, she shouts to him to get out of there quickly. Inwardly, Sess can’t believe that this girl’s arrow cancelled the Tetsusaiga’s transformation. Miroku marvels that it must be true.... Kagome is the reincarnation of the Priestess (Kikyo). As everyone looks at her with awe-struck expressions, Kagome stands ready to loose her next arrow.

17 The Cursed Ink Of The Hell Painter

This ep starts out with a man running through a field at night. He is carrying something and is being chased by men on horseback, who indicate that he has a fragment of the Shikon jewel. He looks to be carrying some scrolls in his arms, and he grabs one of them, which suddenly changes colour, and suddenly the men are set upon by a host of demons. They kill all the men. One of the men asks for help from the man with the scrolls (who is rather ugly), but he offers no aid. He says that the demons are indeed thirsty for blood and will drink until they get their fill. He then holds up a cannister which appears to hold a shard of the Shikon jewel in the bottom of it.

The next day, Inu & Co. are at the site of the battlefield. Kagome is not surprised that they’ve come upon yet another field of bodies, seeing as they’re in a warring era, but Inu then says that this was no battle, and that something is not right, because he can’t pick up the smell of blood. Miroku believes it to be the work of a very strong demon, and that the demon must possess a shard of the Shikon jewel. Inu then turns to Miroku and says that he has no intention of teaming up with him. Miroku asks Inu if he means that it’s “every man for himself”. Miroku decides to leave the group, thinking that it’s better to compete with Inu from afar. Kagome asks Inu if he really wants Miroku to leave. She gets no answer, and turns to find that Inu isn’t beside them anymore.

Kagome hears a voice yelling “Help! A demon!”. Uh oh! We see that Inu has waylaid a traveller and is sniffing some kind of scroll that the traveller was carrying. Kagome pedals up on her bike with Shippo and yells “sit boy!”. Inu falls to the ground, releasing the man and the scroll letter. The man grabs his letter and takes off. Inu asks Kagome why she did that, and Kagome repliies “Because you were pestering the poor guy.” She asks Inu why he was picking on the guy, and Inu says that he was giving off the same smell of ink that he smelled on the battlefied. If he can track down the source, they might find the demon.

Inu apparently wants to find the jewel shard before Miroku does. Kagome asks Inu what he has against Miroku anyway, and then Inu asks Kagome if she actually likes that “lecher”. Kagome says yes, which surprises Inu. Kagome says it was just a joke, but Inu isn't paying attention. He wonders what Kagome could possibly see in Miroku. Shippo calls Inu an idiot.

Meanwhile, in a nearby town, the ugly little man from the battlefied gains an audience with the town’s Lord, who is surprised that the man defeated an entire army by himself. He offers to let the man join his military forces. A guard then enters and says he needs to speak to the Lord. Next thing we know, the ugly man is being thrown out of the mansion by two guards. They say that his claims of power are unfounded and that he’s simply a wandering artist from the capital. The man begs to speak to the Lord again, but the two guards call him a liar and start beating him up.

The Princess of the mansion walks by and tells the guards to go easy on the man. They apologize, saying that they didn’t see her there. She continues on her way, and the two guards wrap the painter up in an old carpet and throw him over a bridge into the water. He floats downriver. At dusk, we see that the painter has freed himself, and vows to defeat anyone who stands in his way.

His delusions of grandeur include building his own castle, being surrounded in riches, and marrying a Princess, like the one that he saw earlier. He thinks there is nothing he cannot do! Suddenly Inu grabs him from behind, and asks him (somewhat politely) if he will answer a few questions. Not far behind, Kagome is pedalling towards them on her bike, saying that Inu is picking on another guy. Shippo says “Six innocent peasants down, hundreds of thousands to go”. (this was a great line!)

The painter asks Inu who he is, and at first claims to be powerful, then says he is only a simple artist. Inu is annoyed and asks the painter why he smells like ink and fresh blood. The painter starts squirming, wriggles free and runs a few feet away, then turns back toward Inu and throws out another one of his scrolls. As it unrolls from his hand, a large picture of a monster is revealed, and the giant monster comes to life! Kagome wonders what it is, and Shippo says that it’s a demon. Meanwhile, the painter runs away down the hill and gets into a boat. Inu yells at him to come back, but he paddles away frantically.

Kagome wonders if the painter is a demon, but then says she’s sure that he’s a human. The real demon attacks Inu again. Inu draws the Tetsusaiga and cuts the demon in half. The demon explodes into a waterfall of ink! It pours over Inu and knocks him to the ground. He remarks that the goop is a mixture of blood and ink, and then he is suddenly rendered incapacitated (seems to pass out). Kagome runs over and tries to help him up, telling him to get a hold of himself, but he can’t answer. Shippo says that Inu’s nose is so sensitive, the mixture of blood and ink got to him.

The painter wonders what type of beast Inu was, and how he could smell the blood and ink so clearly. The painter says that it’s Inu who should be afraid though, because the painter has a battalion of demons at his beckon call.

Back in the town, Miroku tells the guards at the gate to the mansion that there is an evil shadow hanging over the mansion, and that he can drive it out in a single night. The guards don’t believe him, nd send him away. Miroku sighs and gives up, saying that he’ll have to sleep outside tonight, then turns to leave. As he does, a black shadow passes overhead and he looks up to see a huge black cloud descending upon the mansion. He tries to warn the guards of the “evil shadow”. They are still scoffing him until they turn around and see the cloud for themselves!

The black cloud descends on the two guards, and two demons emerge from it to destroy them. Miroku notes that the two demons are the bull demon and the dragon demon, which he has only ever seen in “paintings of hell”. Miroku hears screams from inside the mansion, and someone yelling “Rescue the Princess!”. Miroku runs into the mansion (gladly!).

We see doors opening up one after the other, and the voice of the painter calling “Princess... Princess...” (this is a dream sequence). We then see that the painter is actually asleep in his hut, and is surrounded by drawings of demons. He is having a nightmare in which he reaches the room where the Princess is, but when she turns around, she looks strange, and her eyes start glowing red. She tells him that she wants his blood, then reaches to grab his throat with one hand and his wrist with the other. His wrist is surrounded by a black wind, and his hand shrinks. He yells at her to release him.

In the real world, Miroku barges into the Princess’ room and moves to stand in front of her. The two demons break through the far wall and Miroku prepares to battle them. Just before they reach him, we hear the voice of the painter yelling “Stop this!”. The demons halt, and then the black cloud retreats out of the mansion. Miroku wonders what happened. The painter wakes up from his nightmare in a panick. The black ink comes down like a rain and then zooms into his hut, returning itself to the cannister in which he keeps it. The painter remarks that the black ink must have sprung into action on its own accord while he was sleeping.

Back at the mansion, the Lord thanks Miroku for saving his daugher, and asks him to forgive the guards for their earlier rudeness. Miroku says that thanks aren’t needed and that he bears no grudge against the guards, but says the danger has yet to pass. He indicates that the demons may atack again, and that the Princess would be safer if she stayed with him; in the same room, in the same bed! From outside, we hear Inu’s voice saying “He’s at it again! And I suppose you’ll need to search her robes while you’re at it too, you pervert?” [that was so funny!]

Inu & Co. appear in the large outside doorway, but they just missed all the fun. Outside, Kagome fills Miroku in on the painter and his evil ink drawings. He believes that for a human to have such power, he must have a jewel shard, and Kagome agrees. Miroku then wonders how they can stop an artist who has the power to bring his demons to life.

Shippo, who is sitting on Inu’s lap having a snack, asks Inu why he’s just sitting there, instead of helping with a plan. Kagome asks Inu if he’s still sulking, and Miroku asks Inu if there’s something wrong. Inu tells them to leave him alone. Kagome gets annoyed and tells Inu to “get over it” and work with Miroku just this once. Kagome then says that Inu is jealous! Inu denies it, but when he turns around, Miroku is holding Kagome’s hands again, saying that her faith in him is strong and that she can sense his pure intentions. She removes his hands and then says sure, but that she can also see that he has some jewel shards. She says she can see two... no, more like three, and they start to glow inside Miroku’s right shoulder. He is pleasantly surprised that she has the power to see them.

Inu comes running over, but Kagome yells “sit!” Inu falls flat on his face, then tells Kagome to stop doing that. Miroku leans over and tells Inu that he collected the jewel shards on his own, and if Inu takes them, that would make him a thief. Inu sarcastically thanks him for “spelling it out”, then gets to his feet, saying that he remembers when a certain “thief” stole Kagome’s shards from her.

Some guards outside the door overhear Inu & Co. talking, and report the situation to their Lord. He says that he’s heard rumours about the jewel’s powers, and that possessing a single shard can increase a person’s natural powers at least a hundred times over. One of the guards wonders if they should take the shard from the painter, then the other guard says that Miroku possesses one too. The Lord is intrigued.

Later that night, the two guards enter Miroku’s room and attempt to kill him while he sleeps, but he was too smart for that. Miroku easily beats them off. Inu comes running and asks Miroku if he’s alright. Miroku, holding his staff to the mens’ throats, asks them to tell him what’s going on. One of the men says that their Lord ordered them to attack him to get the shard, and that their Lord himself went to get the painter’s shard.

Miroku asks the two men where the painter is (they obviously tell him). Miroku then runs outside and grabs Kagome’s bike, asking her if he can “borrow her contraption for a bit”. He begins pedalling away. Kagome and Shippo run after him, telling him to wait up, but they’re both grabbed from behind by Inu, who tosses them onto his back and starts running. He yells to Miroku to keep going and that he’ll catch up.

Out in a field near the painter’s hut, the Lord has assembled a barrage of men who start an attack. Inside his hut, the painter unrolls several paintings and calls forth his hellish army. A black cloud full of demons emerges from his hut and begins destroying all of the Lord’s men. They run in fear, and the Lord yells for someone to help him get his horse under control. Ha ha!

Inu & Co. reach the battlefield, and Shippo tells Inu that he musn’t slay the demons because their blood will make him pass out again. Inu replies “Just watch”, then draws the Tetsusaiga and begins slaying demons. The Lord tells Inu that he saved him, and says that Inu will be compensated. Some blood then splashes to the ground and spooks his horse, which takes off (with the Lord). The blood splashes onto Inu & Co., and Inu passes out again.

Another demon on a horse comes charging toward Kagome & Co., and she calls for Inu. Miroku steps in and destroys the demon, then Inu wakes up as Kagome remarks that Miroku saved them. Miroku then unleashes his wind tunnel, and begins sucking all the demons into it. The painter, looking out his window, sees what’s going on. When all of the demons have been sucked in, Miroku covers his hand again and sinks down onto the ground, groaning in pain. He tells them that he’s never drawn in so many demons before, and that just needs to rest a bit. Inwardly, Inu compalins that he knew they couldn’t count on Miroku.

The gound begins to shake, and a huge snake-like demon with three heads emerges from the ground (the painter is sitting on the middle head). Inu pulls the others away from it, then it attacks them. They all duck out of the way. When the snake comes around again, Inu asks Kagome if she can tell him where the jewel shard is. She looks and tells him that it’s in the bamboo ink pot on the painter’s waist. Inu says he’s all over it and then jumps up onto the back of the snake as it passes. The painter sees him and turns around. Annoyed, he unleashes another painting with demons of death on it.

Inu easily beats off the five or so demons that attack him. Miroku is impressed and wonders what the technique is called that Inu is using and Kagome replies “It’s called wailing on them” (that was hilarious!). Inu tells the painter that to hand over the jewel before Inu gets really upset. Two of the snake’s heads then shoot fire at Inu and he is surrounded by it. Inu falls down a ways on the snake’s back, but manages to hang on. He breaks free from the fire using the Tetsusaiga, but the painter refuses to give up the jewel, because it’s his last chance at happiness.

Inu flies up and uses the Tetsusaiga to slice the ink pot from the painter’s waist, then cuts the ink pot in half. The ink spills out and the three-headed snake disappears. The painter goes tumbling to the ground and hits a tree, then gets up and freaks out because his ink has been spilled. He grabs a sword and uses it to slash hiw own wrist (eww!). He then tells the ink to use his blood, hoping that it will come to life in doing so.

All the ink that is floating in the air zooms toward the painter, but instead of fusing with his blood, the ink devours it he starts to shrivel up. The painter calls out for help, but Inu can only watch helplessly. After a few seconds, the ink finishes the painter off and then falls all over the ground. Kagome, Shippo and Miroku run up behind Inu, and Inu once again calls the painter a fool, saying that the ink devoured him. Kagome thinks it was a terrible way to end, and Inu agrees, saying that the painter’s ambition must have turned the ink into a parasite. Because he would rather have the ink suck his blood dry than give over the jewel fragment, he paid for it with his life.

The jewel shard appears in the middle of the ink, but Miroku tells won’t touch it, fearing it is evil. Kagome picks it up instead, and Miroku is suprised. Kagome asks who wants it, and Inu says that it’s obviously his. Kagome says that Miroku did his share of work too, but Miroku then tells Kagome to keep it. Kagome agrees, and Shippo jumps onto Inu’s head, saying “Good thing someone’s grown up”. Yeah Shippo! Inu turns away grumpily, while Miroku inwardly marvels that Kagome purified the evil shard simply by picking it up.

Next morning, the gang is travelling down the road, and Kagome asks if Miroku is really going to come with them (I guess he decided to). Miroku says yes, and that travelling in the company of a pretty woman is much more enjoyable. Kagome giggles at his comment but Inu just huffs and puffs. Miroku then says that despite Inu’s appearance, he’s not such a bad guy. Inu looks back at them but says nothing. Kagome then remembers (flashback) that Inu could have killed the painter with one blow, but chose instead to spare him and aim only for the ink pot. She figures that Inu’s alright as a person, he just doesn’t know it yet. She thinks that one day, when the time is right, she’ll tell him so.

15 Return Of The Tragic Priestess Kikyo

Well so Inuyasha goes after Urusua (i don't know the spelling). While that is going on kogome is put into this tub like thing. The evil demon fills the tank with this green liquid. kogome then starts to feel weak and can't move a thing. Inuyasha, Shippo,Kaiadai, then come along. Kikyo's voice then magically says "don't call out my name". but no one can hear this. inuyasha shocked to see kikyo agains says her name to himself. then all of a sudden the soul in kogome leaves. (but before that happens the soul was very angry.) kogome then is dead, sort of since her soul left. kikyo starts walking and kills her creator. kikyo the crys out "inuyasha why are you still alive.." suddenly kikyo's left arm opens this HUGE cut, and blood is like pouring like rain. she screams out"inuyasha by did you betray me?" of course inuyasha is shocked by these words, because he remembers it as her betraying him. she then takes and arrow and bow and trys to kill inuyasha. inuyasha dodges the first arrow. kaiadai then tells kikyo to stop, and tells her that inuyasha is a friend not an enemy. kikyo doesn't recognize her at first (because kaiadai became so old). kikyo then pushes kaiadai away and takes her arrow. she takes another try and this time inuyasha takes out his sword. but the arrow is stronger, and inuyasha is hit. then suddenly kogome calls back her soul. and the sword that hit inuyasha disappears. kikyo still has a bit of her soul so she runs off, trying to stay far away from kogome before she takes the rest of the souls. inuyasha then runs after her. kikyo trips and falls of the cliff. but luckily inuyasha caught her hand. she electricuted him and said that she will kill him for betraying her. they both fall but inuyasha grabs on to a rock. kikyo's hand slips and she falls. inuyasha then starts to walk and talk about his love life with kikyo and how we was about to become full human to live with her. and then he falls because he is hurt and calls out her name.

14 Kikyo's Stolen Ashes

A wierd demon woman named Urasue comes along to the village and steals Kikyo's ashes and grave dirt. Kaede tries to stop her, and gets hurt. Inuyasha and Kagome come over, and Kaede explains what is wrong, and ask if they can help, and they agree. Anyway, Inuyahsha+Kagome were talking and Kagome suddenly says that he hasn't looked her in the eye for a long time becuase she looks like Kikyo. Inuyasha says no, and tries to kiss her. She pushes him away.

Meanwhile, Urasue is sort of making Kikyo come back by cooking her in her demon kiln. She puts a weird leaf thing on and prepares to crack it. Inuyasha and Kagome and Shippo and Kaede are busy trying to fight off strange clay people on a bridge near her cave. Urasue cracks the kiln and Kikyo is in it. (She's naked; you can see her ___ later...) She talks about the shards and commands Kikyo to get it. Kikyo floats up, but just falls to the ground. Urasue gets all mad and the episode ends with her kidnapping Kagome because she needs the reincarnated soul.
