Oh this is so cool... I wish they would hire him, at least for the basic stuff, or train him...I don't know what this guy knows about actually working in such an environment, but if there's dedication and skill, then Bethesda should hire him

It's not unprecedented either....CDPRED hired Flash, after he did the combat rebalance mod for Witcher 1, and it's the only mod that is officially recognized by CDPRED and it was publicly released with the game by them...and now the guy works on Witcher 3 and was part of the Witcher 2 team as well...

It doesn't matter...Mass Effect 2 felt like their heart was there, and most parts of Mass Effect 3 did too...

If I'd want a Kotor sequel or something involving the quality of that series, I'd rather look towards Obsidian though...the story was miles better, even with all the cut out stuff...
