[QUOTE="rawsavon"][QUOTE="bertainpp7"] ...umm, No! Also, I will just give some general advice. There are some people in life that are just out of other people's leagues. That is just the way it is. It can be due to looks, money, social skills...anything.

Yeah probably not, but it's just something I noticed. I don't think she's too out of my league. In social skills perhaps, but I think I can overcome that.

If you want genuine love and affection I think you should just drop the whole alpha-male thing and simply be friendly and nice to her. Affection and acceptance are basic human needs. She's in your class (I'm assuming) so just express your desire to be friends with her. Once you're comfortable and you've reached the point where you can have a fun conversation with her (That stalk her Facebook page to look for things to talk about thing seems like a good idea), wait for a while and tell her how you feel. Don't come on too strong. (Can't express this enough) If she doesn't want to get into it, just forget it and continue being friends. I can tell you're pretty young (not a shot) and if you're in the book, who knows what might happen in the future.

Don't get your hopes up too high though.

Tell her you're a level 30 paladin warrior.

Nice down to Earth response.. I think I'm going to just try to talk to her more and show that I like being around her then see where it goes from there.

I think she is, but I'm not sure what others think. She's really cute, that's for sure.

Just ask her not. If she says yeah, sweet. If not, oh well.rcignoni
If not, I will have to be embarrassed for the remainder of the class time I have with her. Also, I will actually be destroyed emotionally :(.

I normally enjoy stomping on the hopes and dreams of teenagers who ask for girl advice on the internet.

BUT, since your story is so so touching....

Anyways, when I was in high school, I was in a similar situation. Except, the girl I was attracted to was the socially awkward, naive, not many friends kind of person, and I was above her league I'd say so I never made a move. One day after school at the bus stop, she just started talking to me and after that we became friends, then romantics, and then exes but it was good while it lasted.

So, just go for it. If you think you're not just over analyzing her behavior around you, then you have a decent shot. Stalk her facebook, learn what she likes, and make casual conversation. Then you can pop a question in there like "hey wanna get lunch sometime?"

Chickity_China
The bus stop eh? Well, I can't seem to get around talking anything besides school, although I think she may be trying to make an effort because she comments on my clothing and how I write like a girl lol. She hasn't accepted my request on Facebook yet, which is odd considering she seems to be like the person to be on it all the time based on her texting habits.

Be confident. Don't come on too strong though, just let her know that you're interested.

-Big_Red-
Yeah pretty much this is what I'll try to do. I'm not quite sure how to show her I'm interested in her, but hopefully she sees how happy I am around her. If you guys want, I'll post on this site any progress I've made.

[QUOTE="bertainpp7"][QUOTE="TheMadGamer"]

Well, I'd just ask if she liked to goto a movie, if she says yes, then go from there. After that, if she's still interested in you, she'll most likely let you know.

TheMadGamer
But you see, that doesn't seem very date-ish to me. I wouldn't need to become friends with her and hang out with her or anything before I ask her out?

No, a movie is a date. And you don't need to be friend's first. Actually she might like that, as it shows a bit of courage on your part.

Okay, I am getting some sense about what dating is all about now. Thanks for the responses guys..

I guess I'll answer seriously. :(

Three options.

One: Start joking with her, be flirty and make an effort to talk to her. It sounds like you guys are at least good aquaintances so it shouldn't be a problem. Once you've got your own jokes and conversations you make your move.

Two: Straight up ask her out to go do something. Just find her when she's on her own sometime and be a man about it. If she has any interest in you she'll most likely say yes.

Three: Sit back. Do nothing. Easiest to do. You won't get the girl though.

Thanks for answering seriously.. I really have no perspective on what she might think of me. Hell, I don't even know if I'm attractive, but in the end, me asking her will be for the best. I think I'll go for number One.
