Serious, and I blame the dominant black culture. I manage software developers, and I've passed on numerous black candidates. The majority of them, from my experience, are incapable of communicating effectively in writing, their level of productivity is lesser, and they often prove a disruptive presence.

I was close to hiring one guy, but he was competing with an Indian and, again from my own experience, Indians will work themselves to the bone.

I'm guilty of oppressing others, so I can speak from the experience of the oppressor: black Americans are oppressed; I know because I have oppressed them. I have personally passed on black candidates for open positions, in favor of white or Indian candidates, on more than one occasion. This despite having similar qualifications.

@WhiteKnight77: They're called "amendments" for a reason. The constitution, bill of rights, and the now-mythical founding fathers were imperfect and the constitution requires periodic amending.

In truth, African Americans and woman alike in this country can get ahead if they want to, as evidenced by the hundreds of female stars and black stars across the country who make millions of dollars. Which renders first world feminism a farce when compared to countries where women are actually stoned and oppresed.

What bothers me is not so much that Trump lies...all humans lie, not only politicians...but the things he feels it necessary to lie about. The most trivial things that really don't make any sense to lie about, and on top of that, such obvious lies which are so easily fact checked.

That's the part that I find most flabbergasting...the sheer bald-faced nature of his lies. I take many of Trump's lies as an insult to our intelligence.

@luckylucious: The "you could have it worse" argument is a BS argument against fighting for or against something.

"African Americans could have it worse...they could be caught up in the tribal genocides or Ebola outbreaks that happen in Africa, so they should just keep their mouth shut about racism." That kind of thinking is just plain stupid.

The only men who fight against feminism are insecure beta-males who are afraid of losing what little power they have to women and minorities. They're neck-beards that probably don't have a wife/girlfriend and couldn't get nailed in woodshop.
