Its nothing new. Society needs to blame something other than itself for delinquency. In the 1950's we had comic books and rock n' roll. 80's had hard rock being blamed for their kids getting into trouble. 90's had rap. Remember when Led Zepplin was thought to have put subliminal messages in their music? Anyway, since video games are a relatively new medium, they're being attacked as well. Mabye it's a part of human society to blame the new entertainment medium, or mabye I'm just a 14 year old talking out of my ass. Either way, the blame they put on video games is silly and stupid but things like that is something our parents had to endure and probably our parents parents. Just get used to it, it'll pass. Once some new form of art comes out that people begin to embrace stupid parents and lawyers will have something new to attack.
I already have Half Life for the PS2. Is there a package out there that includes Half Life and its two expansion packs? If so, would it be worth buying if I already have Half life?
I just got a computer. Unfortunately the video driver is old and can't play games that were made any later than the year 2000. But then I thought that there were plenty of older games that would be fun. So recommend me some classic. No RPG's or sports games please.
I live in Illinois on the banks of the Mississippi River. It's nice, sometimes during the winter you can see bald eagles flying around. But after this crap winter we're coming out of, I want to move to New Mexico.
