Con: Overrated games. Games like Halo and Guitar Hero are good but when you see it EVERYWHERE you get a little sick of it. For Gods sake I DON'T CARE IF YOU CAN PLAY GUITAR HERO ON EXPERT!

Pro: Variety. Unlike the movie industry there are loads of original games out there. It seems like for every Halo 3 and Final Fantasy XII there is a Bioshock and Mass Effect. Old franchises are still fun and new ones keep coming out.

I miss the good old days when Mel Gibson was considered crazy but in a cool way. Who can forget that awesome in Lethal Weapon when they were in the shooting range?

I live in the Quad Cities. It's the combined cities of Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, and Rock Island. I live on the Illinois side of the Mississipi River but I've been to Davenport(which is in Iowa) so many times I barely see a difference between the two. The main difference between Davenport and Moline is that there is a smoking ban in Moline so you can't smoke in public places. But if there is one true stereotype of Illinois and Iowa it's that there is a lot of corn.
