Not going to a friend's wedding in another country a few years ago. Still kicking myself.

Oh, like Saskatchewan. :P Have you been to Des Moines or Sioux or are you just in the farm/town/country part?
And, it's kinda getting better, but avoiding the problem.

They live outside of Des Moines but we don't go there into the city ever. Sadly. We usually don't get to visit long enough to plan much.
Yeah, well of course. :P I meant like the weather and the scenery and that type stuff, though. Is that nice? :) But wow, good guess... and... kinda... lolcheesyjon
There are lots of farms here, not quite the big city in terms of excitement. It's really flat land here. :P
I hope it's at least happy-ish drama, that something good's going on.
Oh snap!

That wasn't supposed to be mean at all!
Doesn't count until it's your wedding. :P Is Iowa nice? Me? Well... you know how I am. :Pcheesyjon
Yes it's nice here with his family. I assume you're fine but having some sort of girl drama.
Hey, binpink. :) Whatcha doin' there?cheesyjon
Visiting boyfriend's family, there was a wedding. Got to see my (his technically but it still counts) niece. How are you?
Hiya peeps. I'm in Iowa!
Yea, I should have said dumbells along with weights used for bench press and leg press. This should be a necessity in gyms but obviously not around here. Last time I went swimming, I did 40 laps but we don't have any sort of pool here at home so it will be about 3 weeks before I go back swimming at school. :(ExoticAnimal
Yea I don't know how they can consider themselves complete gyms if they're lacking standard equipment. How lame. Sorry about your swimming hold up, none of those gyms you chcecked out have one?
I've been to 6 gyms in the area around here at home and can't find anything that has free weights. Seriously, how do gyms not have free weights at all? :?ExoticAnimal
Is that when they have all the dumbells out for you to use? I'm ignorant.
I love having the AC on. ExoticAnimal
Shouldn't you be at the gym? Get crackin'!
You know how as you get to know someone your perception of them starts to change? Well basically that. It's just really really ****ty and I can put it down to a couple of factors. Unfortunately it's a case of "If you don't like it then leave" - but leaving means losing the only friend I have. Pushing the issue means losing the only friend I have. Doing ANYTHING or NOTHING (i.e. putting up with it) means losing the only friend I have.

How will you lose your friend by doing nothing?
