I did work at a (younger) women's clothing store in the mall for a short time and it was not my preferred career choice. They expect you to change the world and sell hundreds of dollars of clothes a day for minimum wage. And they shoved the secret shopper stuff down your throat because it's a "HUGE" deal. So many b.s. rules and details.
But maybe you'll actually enjoy the retail world and excel at it.
