Am I the only one around here who doesn't buy a console because I'm too lazy to get up and turn it on, switch the TV output and change discs? I borrowed my brother's PS3 months ago, I have yet to bother connecting the cables. Goddamnit I'm spoiled...
You know what I hate, I will probably end up buying this game because Guacamelee and Stranger's Wrath ain't gonna last me forever...You got me to buy your crap, Sony! Cause crap is all you got! I've even bought Zenonia goddamnit...Zenonia! You can count its framerate in 1 hand!
"Sony has been able to court so many up-and-coming developers, and turn the Vita into a platform bursting with games that are as diverse as they are affordable"
Kojima is a terrible writer. There is no subtlety or layers to his distinctly-Japanese and very wacky characters (the majority meant to be PROFESSIONAL SOVIET/AMERICAN SOLDIERS) and he is incompetent at delivering exposition (see Eva's out-of-character monologue at the end of MGS3, Big Boss's return in MGS4). Until he delegates that duty to someone else, MGS will always suffer.
@RighteousWoman You say you disagree with the review and proceed to cite zero reasons. You effectively said nothing. You're too old for that, Righteous"Woman", no? And check out the clown below you who "couldn't possibly agree more". I just...speechless.
To begin to fathom the contempt a seasoned player would feel at such meritless blabbering utterly devoid of insight and perspective, imagine Paris Hilton talking to Faulkner about how she once totally like wrote a really cool lil' story about her chihuahua. They SEE your lack of knowledge, naked under a spotlight, and they hate how for some bewildering reason you take it upon yourself to give opinions about Dota.
Based on this, the game's an easy skip for me. Sony is frustrating the hell out of me. Just drive a goddamn truck full of money into From Software's parking lot already! NO MORE STUPID RISKS, DO WHAT WORKS!
And just look at these folks being offended by the criticism towards the game. Keep the Vita shitty, gentlemen!
@anDs You chose to ignore all the praise the reviewer gave it. It's ok to have preconceptions about this one as luckily, Dota 2 doesn't need you; she's one popular lady.
