Thanks I'll give that a try at the moment I have unplugged it from the power cause it was vibrating so bad the entire case was a buzz and so I didn't feel comfortable leaving it on. How would I get oil in to were it should go. I have never heard or done this before.

I have a 230 mm fan. It makes noises and is vibrating. I'm wanting to know is it OK to use it until I can replace it or could it cause harm to my pc. I'm no expert. The case is a 932 haf,.

I have no GPU just the mother board GPU.

I have a 230 mm fan that has ball bearings and I think they have gone bad cause of a bad noise the fan is making but it still has power and works except for the bad noise and vibrations. Scenes it has power and still works is it a problem for me to use it still or will it just get worse and either stop working altogether or will it cause harm to my matching.

There are 2 others just like it that work fine and I have no GPU in the PC just what came with the mother board.

This temp is at idle. When under load I'm sure it gets hotter then this . Now my machine was in the mid 90's to lower 100 once and I'm assuming that this would be bad for a computer to run this hot but I fixed it by blowing out as much dust as I could espicaly around the fans an d the cpu fan and now it is running at around the lower 80's and all of these tems are Farinhite or what ever it is spelled.

Thank you all. I was wondering is 84 degree F is this running hot or is this cool for a pc. I ask this cause my room along is 82 degrees F and in the pc it is around the same roughly. So I was causious about what GPU I am going to get. I really don't want to spend that kind of money but who knows how low some of this stuff will get once I do decide what GPU I want to get.

Forgot to mention I have a 22in. monitor. I knew I was forgeting something. Well thank you alot. At the moment I can only barly run sc2 and starcraft 2 on low and some on medium but if I try to go higher then that a warning message comes on and says lower your graphs in order to run smoother and so I do and it is ok but you know I have this very nice machine and I can't seem to beable to push it by using these games to max or at least better then the lower end that I am forced to play with at the moment. I know there is away to boost the GPU that I have but I am not that tech savvy so to speak. When it come to installing this stuff I can do it but come the technical stuff and data stuff I am at a lost. but I do read as much as I can on most of the stuff that I look at before I go and buy it. What ever I am interested in. I forgot to mention that from time to time I play on a 42" LED HDTV by HDMI cable from my pc to my tv and when I did play C&C on it it was beautiful and very bright befor I did anything with the graphics.. Well then again that was all maxed out far as the graphs go but far as the rez whent I didn't max that out at all.

First off I would like to beable to run SC2 star craft 2 and the next one after that as well as SC2 supreme commander 2 all of these maxed or close to it at least. Far as a pc goes this is what I have

case: 932 HAF full tower with 3 massive fans and one 140 mm fan in back if you want more info you should look this up you self if you don't mind cause I just don't want to go through the trouble in doing it my self.

PSU: ultra 750 watts atx

Mobo: M4a89gtd pro/usb 3

cpu: AMD phenom II x6 1055t socket am3 938

GPU: came with Mobo so I had no choice but to have this GPU at the time. ATI Radeon HD 4290 368 mb. So I believe that this is what is slowing my pc down and am unable to play alot of my games maxed out. I have alot more then what I named off but if I can get a gpu that can run those games on max then the rest I should have should run fine maxed out.

RAM: 12gb DDR3 dual channel

OS: 7 home premium 64 bit

sound card is onboard came with MOBO and it sounds great. So I'll keep this.

HDD: Hitachi 1TB

If I have left any thing out let me know and I'll do my best to tell you what it is.

My budget is up to 200.00 preferable less then this. Also this GPU needs to run cool and quiet but mainly cool. Also does more memory on a gpu help a game play better and if this is so then add it into the price as well. Also I have no plan to cross fire or what ever it is called cause it is rather a tight squeeze in side of this big case that I have. The lay out of the mobo is terrible in my opion but oh well it looked good at the moment. I don't want to go to liquid cooling no not for me.

If you don't mind just give me an idea of what could be a good gpu and I'll look into what ever you suggest to me. Now far as the money goes I really don't plan to go as high as 200.00 but it is just a rough idea.

This pc at the time when the 6x core just came out on the market. I was one of a few people out there who had such a pc and so all and all this pc cost me 800.00 at the time along with a cd/dvd rom and other stuff. I didn't need a key board or mouse or monitor

I have a case that is a Cool Master 932 HAF full tower with 3 230mm fans and one 140mm fan and one of those 230mm fans has a red led light. This case is heavy but comes with wheels and one or 2 of them can lock it in place. For me I like this case alot.

If stacking means how the ram is put inside the case then with mine they are side by side right beside the CPU fan. The case that I have is very roomy and very easy to access anything I wish to get to. With the HDD all I need to do is pull a latch and then pull out the insert and then put the hDD in and then lock it and with the CD/DVD rom I just pop out the mesh and slide in the CD/DVD rom and push a button that locks the rom in place also I can push the same button and unlock it. The ram is very easy to get to and it is a very big case inside and out.
