This is my case. Cool Master 932 HAF full tower with 3 230x30mm running at 1,700 rpm 19dba als0 have a 140x25mm running at 1,200 rpm 17dba. They are reall quiet. I hardly hear them. The only thing that I notice is a smaller fan that I have on the inside of the case that is helping out keeping the CPU cooled down. I could have 9 120mm fans but there is no need for that espicaly scence the whole case is very airy as it is. My CPU is 81 degrees cause my room is that warm do to the pc. So what ever my room is the pc is.
AT the time I only had the 800.00 to spend and so I didn't have any left over for a GPU. I have a 8800gt 256mb I think but I wasn't going to put that in cause it puts off way to much heat. I'm thinking that this GPU is what is holding me back or the machine back from being a beast of a gaming pc. Now with this MOBO the way it is set up inside of the case the PSU is on the bottom and so when I do get a GPU I will have to put the PSU on the top part of the case and then I would have to take the massive fan that is in the case out and replace it with 2 120mm fans cause the GPU these days are so fat and cause it will end up on the bottom of the case. So this is what I'll do when I get enough money for a good GPU.
I'm not sure about the stacked explain if you can. Also the speed is that frequencey and if that is so then it is 668.9 MHz volts 1.50 also the ram is 4GB for one stick or ram. I should of said if I left anything out I would do my best to answer your question cause I don't know the ins and outs of a machine like what stack means and other stuff like that but I would do my best to find out what it meant if you would explain what it means
Yea it all depends on your budget. I say sure wait but even though the gpus are mid range I would assum that sence they are new or will be new once they come out. I would think that they would be expinsive.
Your set up does sound good but this is mine wich is nothing like yours far as performence but it was all I could afford at the moment. CASE: cool master 932 HAF full tower PSU: Ultra 750 watt atx MOBO: m4a89gtd pro/usb3 CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055t 2.80GHz OS: windows 7 64bit Home edition Ram: 12GB DDR3 running in duels GPU: ATI Radeon 4290 now this is onboard GPU I didn't buy this came with MOBO All of this was back when the x6 just came out and so I like my first build except for the GPU everything else is very good. I think SC2 and starcraft 2 could all go on max with a better GPU.
This is what I have and there is probable better ones out there but just to give you an idea of what I have. PSU: Ultra 750 watts case: HAF 932 full tower MOBO: asus m4a89gtd pro/usb3 OS: windows 7 64bit CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1055t 2.80 RAM: 12gb DDR3 GPU: ATI Radeon 4290 Now on this card I had no choice cause it came with the mobo it is onboard GPU. Not external. So I do plan to get a better one down the road So let me know if I have left anything out. Yea this is my machine and it was for 800.00 roughly
This is just my opion but it looks like you would need a different PSU cause it looks like the one you have would be to low. Far as the GPU goes I''m not sure if it would run that game at max or high. With some tweaks hear and there I think it could be a solid gaming machine.
I have a 22" lcd monitor aand a 32" lcd as well but I only us the 22 and for me at least it does great for me and I sit like 7' away and it looks great and the games are great. I just need a better gpu and then all my games will be at max. The 32" is HDTV I say a monitor couldn't hurt. I have seen plasma tvs before and it just depends on what you want
