I finally got myself the time off to relax a wee bit, but guess what? My internet connection is lagging like hell - Yahoo took me 5 tries and 10 minutes to load. GameSpot also yielded many HTTP 404 errors which irked me pretty bad. I also can't seem to excess my inbox right now - :( I can't read the 2 PMs.

 Anyway, it seems that CrystalFox and Omni-Slash have finally tracked me and now are in my friends' list. I'm pretty thankful for that, especially by CrystalyFox because he only had 2 friend slots left (according to his blog). I wonder why I still haven't got my user emblem for Conival though - just like why I have the 'Vote Rocker' one despite having voted twice. I suppose it's due to a bug of some sort.

Being a hardware enthusiast, I've also looked up the Mac Pro after seeing the link on GS Most Wanted Hardware 2006 - as one of the most interesting hardware. I was and still am pretty appalled that people actually look up to Apple. Some even say that the Mac Pro looks nice. Have a look yourself: Do you think that looks nice? I think not. It looks like some sort of wire-gauze box and a fat one at that.

Now, let's compare that to a PC enthusiast's case: That is a Raidmax PC case, and in my opinion it should be pretty obvious which looks better.

I also would like to mention that the Mac Pros are getting current generation processors and video cards - dual core Xeons and the ati X1900XT which will become obselute pretty soon - probably by the end of this year when DX10 graphics cards are released for the computer.

You always can count on me to flame Macs. :D

Ok, I'm going to try upload a video or something now - and spend the rest of the time studying after that. (I'm getting piqued by how I must keep trying to post this. 35 attempts to post each image is quite sickening.)

  I'm supposed to have finished compiling literature notes for the exams which are just 3 weeks away by now - but I haven't even started. For some reason, I just can't be bothered to close Internet Explorer and stop posting in the Off-Topic board. Maybe I am addicted to this forum...

  I also find it appalling that I'm actually typing a blog entry out as I am supposed to be anti-blogs. But never mind, for the sake of added user emblems and more experience, I'll 'forget' my hatred for blogging for now and concentrate on levelling up.

 I also added the 'Accepting all Friend requests' line to my signature in the hopes of getting the convival user emblem, but it doesn't seem to have helped so far. Perhaps I need a little more time before I reap the fruits of my efforts.
