@mdinger: You are assuming a negative direction. I can assume otherwise. You are using TLJ and the negative stuff to define TLOU2 direction. And there is nothing to support this view. Also there is nothing that says otherwise. In other words... we need to wait and see...
@RSM-HQ: "Assuming everyone is excited for everything however..."
Let's face it... I'm talking about the majority of people I encounter in European gaming sites. Obviously there is always someone who is more worried with the things they don't like.Luckily most of us have other things in mind, like those things that can give us pleasure. In other words the games that fit in our own perspective of enjoyment.
"That's just how economy functions. And while it will waver from region to region, and country to country. The result is always the same."
Yes, I agree... But even so, you can see the difference in approach. In the Us gaming sites (it doesn't means US citizens only) most of the debate have a sense of hostility in regards to diversity. You can sense this in the debate about this game, and that is sad. It goes beyond tastes, it's something way deeper, I would dare to say evil within.
In a great time for video gaming (take it as you like), people choose to center their focus in the things they hate the most... Again, for me is just sad...
@RSM-HQ: I got to say that most people here is excited with everything. It´s hard for me to find these kind of debates in European forums. It´s more what people like and not so much what they hate...
@naija: I was going to reply point by point but then I saw this: "ll the rest of the SJW nonsense and catering to the trans community by morphing all females in to butch-looking males was secondary"
Well... You and all the haters as well don't know a damn thing about Abby... Motivations, journey, position on the main plot (besides what we all know)... Yet the word Trans always pops out...Again, the level of lack of knowledge is amazing, but the proud in it is astonishing...
I will repeat the basics... No one knows how the story is going to unfold, especially because most of character development is made in the gameplay. All you have is a glimpse of the game, but is enough to some "clever people" to assume they know everything.
@RSM-HQ: Yeah... I should have said most of us... my mistake... We probably have some haters too in here...
But let me rephrase my statement, even if most hate comes form US, I have to admit that they are much in line with some Russians and Europe eastern countries (close to Russia)... They have a thin line of argumentation, something about inability to accept diversity...
@i_kneelfor_none: LOL... Why? I told you two major ass..... in the world and you need validation of another politician? Do you really thought I was talking about politics?
