@Nasuke1: I was going to reply and perpetuate the cycle, normally it would be a funny thing to do... but at this point we are not debating, just playing with words.
"Chances are if you hate cats, maybe you won't like this game."
You can add this logic to any game, because as explained, tastes are a uncontrolled variable. A 10/10 game is not a perfect game, because there are not perfect games. And lets face it, even with all the variable on the table, the personal view of the reviewer will influence the last score.
My point... To like cats or not its a personal taste that should not be relevant for the final score.
I don't like Elden Ring or Dark Souls kind of games... its my personal taste important for the value of the final product? No...
@Nasuke1: "throwing out false arguments doesn't make you right."
Of course not... Also, just because you think they are false doesn't mean you are right...
"You should work on strengthening both them and your grammar..."
LOL... On my grammar you are correct, on my arguments... not so much... Hey... But if you want I can write in Portuguese, my grammar would be awesome... Not so sure if your level of understanding would be able to follow up...
@Nasuke1: "Again, from the viewpoint of the reviewer, a 10 would indicate anyone who picks up this game would almost certainly enjoy it."
Wrong... You can choose whatever game you want with 10/10... I guarantee you can find a tone of people who dont like it, or just dont enjoy playing that game.
