You guys need to remember DLC stands for downloadable content, that doesn't necessarily mean it's an add on or expansion pack. I believe what they are trying to say all games in the future will be digitally distributed, which is very likely to be the case. For developers It's a lot cheaper, convenient, and it's easy.
