@Oil_Rope_Bombs @Thechosenone20 @gbus316 Problem is, it's a choice, he's made. If I decide one day that I'm a little girl trapped in a man's body, and I decide to wear exclusively catholic school girls outfits, because thats what makes me feel most comfortable. I have ZERO business expecting everyone to be ok with it, it would make alot of people uncomfortable! Do i get to call them a bigot because my weird lifestyle choice makes them uncomfortable? Am I so enlightened and tolerant that I get to pass judgement on people that don't understand?? NO. Some people think it's weird, and it makes them uncomfortable when people screw with the natural order of things. Try to be a little understanding.
@stanknuggetz12 They don't need to be told they play games, obviously. People like to know that is the "focus" of the company, for example, for a long time Microsoft seemed to focus all of it's effort into it's Kinect. Alot of core gamers have no interest in this nonsense, nor any type of cable tv, media hub function. So yeah, obviously everyone knows they play games, they want to know it's the primary focus.
@TanyaLover @Arkhalipso Try to be a little understanding, some people are just uncomfortable around those that decide to defy the natural order of things.
I'm still skeptical, I have a bad feeling that Sony is going to go down the same DRM road MS has. They'll try and spin it differently though, like: "We don't use DRM, it's up to the publishers". If any publishers do that, they can't exactly say "no required internet connection" anymore. It must also be very tempting to wanna take a cut of the used market like MS is, we'll see. I hope they do the right thing, it will pay off big if they do.
@Ripper_TV @knyght1008 What's stupid about it? If sony did, they'd display a strong pro-customer contrast, what business doesn't want to look like the good guy in the eyes of the their customers? Especially if it makes their competition look bad?
Good leave. Bugs me when anyone CALLS ON an industry to do anything, like she some how knows better than everyone else, and she's just too 'enlightened' to stick around with all the half wits in the industry.
You all know that, here in the US, homicides are at a 50 year low? 50 year! Probably not, it's not good for ratings for news networks to tell you that, it's better to scare people into thinking there's a problem with things to blame, that government needs to fix.
