@Baconelite they're not in direct competition even, so comparing them is stupid :P We all have a computer, but how can you be a gamer and miss out on all the exclusives that are only available on consoles, sure, play your multiplats better on PC, but exclusives are exclusives.
@GIF Something that few companies seem to grasp these days, it is 'good for business' to care about your customers. Treat them with dignity and respect, and listen to them, and they will happily give you their money. People like to buy good things, if you provide it, you are doing them a service. Capitalism is a great thing before it's muddled up in politics.
Of course he wants digital, it's more profitable for him. All he has to do is convince us it's 'the future' and 'better for us'. Seems to be working on most.
Woot, I just love all these remakes coming from Nintendo, when I buy Nintendo, I definitely don't want anything new, I like to stick with tried and true, you know what you're getting ya know? I don't understand why people buy new games.
Yeah, people don't want their lead characters attractive, that's why we see so many average looking women as leads in movies and tv right? Oh wait, the lead is ALWAYS attractive, People like beautiful people, that's the way it is, and it even carries over into their digital people, ND knows this, look at elena and chloe and even drake, none of them are average looking, they all look like they could be modeled after a hollywood actor/actress.
Now the kids we have in games....different story, do we want our children sexualized? No....why? Because most of us aren't pedophiles. You don't have to have a woman or a love interest in a game or movie, but if you do, you can bet your ass she's not gonna be average looking. If the woman is old enough to be sexy, you can bet she's gonna be sexy, or if not, then she will fill some other stereotypical niche role...because that's the way it is.
