I still love it, though not quite as much as I did for the first few weeks it was out. I play it a lot less now though. I have too many other games to play, I picked up a ton in the last month and am getting a whole lot more soon.

I still see it around, it shouldn't be too hard to find. The reason no one plays it on your friends list anymore is because it is a great game for its single player, not its multiplayer. The mp is ok but there are much better mp games out there. However, you will get on of the best single player experiences available on the PS3. And single player is always > multiplayer IMO.

I suggest you play the demo first. Not sure if it's out on XBL yet, but it's on PSN, and it totally SUCKS!!! It's a completely shameless, blatant rip-off of God of War in just about every way imaginable. It doesn't even look good to be honest...All I'm trying to do is warn you folks, because I know how bad it feels to spend money on a game you're psyched about and then it turns out to be a crapfest.

Don't judge Dante's Inferno on the credibility of its developer because, while Dead Space was amazing, DI simply is not!!!

Huh, I had no idea that this game is developed by the same guys who did Dead Space. I pretty much agree with you though, the demo feels like a near shameless ripoff of the God of War series, but kinda meh overall. I'll stick to God of War 3.

Mass Effect, but Dragon Age is also great (playing through it right now and it is addicting!) Jade Empire was a great game, but I didn't get into it as much as ME or Dragon Age. I was about done with it after my 1st playthrough. And as pathetic as it sounds, I have yet to play KOTOR. However, I do have a copy of it coming in the mail, so I'll be playing it soon enough.

Enjoy! Lost Odyssey is one of the best JRPG's this generation. Very traditional, but very good.

Alright, well I just turned off my PS3 with the switch at the back and restarted. Luckily, no damage was done, my PS3 just warned me not to shut it off like that when I turned it back on.

Oh, and I reinstalled the demo, and it worked this time. Too bad I didn't like the demo. Haha

[QUOTE="bluem00se"]I'm going to play the Dante's Inferno demo in a little bit, but I played the GoW3 demo yesterday and was blown away. GoW is my favorite action franchise, even above DMC and Ninja Gaiden. Honestly, Dante's Inferno seems like a blatant ripoff of the GoW series, but I guess I can't judge it until it actually comes out. Could be good, but if it isn't, I won't care, because I know GoW3 is gonna be great!zbdyx
Is being a rip-off a bad thing? What if a game ripped completely off of MGS and was better in every way. I thought the only thing DI was ripping off was some of the fighting mechanics and monsters, but then again, what game doesn't have combos or button mashing

There's a difference between 'borrowing' gameplay/story/atmospheric aspects from another game and completely copying another game. As for this game in particular, like I said I won't judge it until it comes out, but this is just what I've been thinking based on what I've seen of the game so far. I just played the demo, and I didn't like it. It did feel very similar to God of War, but much worse imo. I thought the combat was just ok, not great, the areas felt dull, and I felt like I'd much rather just play GoW. I can't pinpoint exactly why I didnt like it, so maybe it's just not clicking with me. I'll still keep an eye on this game, though. By the way, I'd be pissed if some game ripped off MGS completely, even if it was better in every way. Ripping completely off another game is basically stealing, and Kojima and co. deserve better than that. :p
