Console game means it's designed with the lowest common denominator in mind.

Go play "The Last of Us" and see if it's designed for the lowest common denominator.

The last of us is great but it's definately designed for last gen hardware, so yes, it is.

When he said lowest common denominator I don't think he meant hardware wise.

I played the remastered PS4 edition and the graphics are top notch. But anyway, graphics by themselves don't make a game, they just help the immersion factor.

What did I mean?

Probably plays like the new Hitman lel. Or wait the new Max Payne.

You have no idea. I just finished it last night and it's now one of my favourite games of all times. A masterpiece actually.

I really hope it comes to PC so those that don't have a console can enjoy it, but knowing Naughty Dog with the Uncharted series, I don't see it happening sadly. Shame, because it would work great with a mouse and keyboard.

I tried Uncharted 2 and could only play 2 hours or so.

I couldn't play that game for more then a few hours. The starting areas are so painfully boring and lifeless.

Yea I can agree with you. I had the game, played the starting areas and generally thought "**** this".

Then after a few months I came back and gave it another try. It gets a lot better my friend. Probably the best crafting system i'v seen in a game, ever. Really impressive.

Better than SWG?

Never played that. But in Realm Reborn crafting is actually a class, with Armour, stats, leveling up storyline and quests. One of the rare cases in which it doesn't feel like a chore.

Same with your subclass (job) as well. Once the payer hits a certian level (30 I think) they can take a job, which allows them to meld classes. being (hu hu hu) uninspired, I went with the most boring and obviose class possible, a paladin. But you can basically meld whatever classes you like apparently. When I went from a Warrior to a Paladin as well to my surprised a whole new sub-quest line opened up about some rebel Paladin with cutscenes (not voiced granted but at least it's story-telling).

Doesn't sound too bad. Sounds at least like they're trying.

SWG before Sony messed it up had the greatest crafting system ever. I have tried many mmo and they are all shit compared. In SWG you survey the ground to mine resources with extractors. All the resources were randomized by planet and it truly was a deep complex ever-changing system. Players made everything and it was for sure the best. There was no quest that would net you a jetpack or guild hall, you had to build it and it was not easy or cheap.

Go to your "tools" section in Steam Library and download it there. Then simply read some tutorials on modding or watch some youtube vids.

Console game means it's designed with the lowest common denominator in mind. There is a reason hardcore strategy and simulation games never make it to console and it has nothing to do with the controller and lack of buttons.

Family sharing is actually pretty fucking badass m8! I recently hooked up my little bro's 2 accounts through family sharing and it's like Christmas. Before I had 200 games but now I have over 500 :)

And all the achievements are account locked so that's a bonus. Too bad I can't get double the cards eh.

This what I do. Instead of buying games during sales I just play my backlog. And by the time it's on sale again it will be cheaper. Example I only bought one game from Steam summer sales(for $3) and actually made around $4 from selling cards. Also you don't have to beat these games if they suck just get a few hours in them and move on.
