I'm just playing the Xbox version of the game, and it has lots of bugs too, every now and then when I press B to check my items the game does the autosave function and freezes the whole system, making me reset the xbox and sometimes loosing gameplay time. It happened so frequently that it's really annoying. A couple days ago I was doing the Hitting the Books Quest and had to redo the quest again because at the end I never received the last book of the 3. The game is huge so I assume we gonna have bugs, but I'm sure Bethesda should have invested in more testing of the game, or downsized it so everything works smooth. I've read lots of ppl bashing the PS3 because of Skyrim but the real problem here is the game itself, not the system that's running it!
I know you all are bashing digital games, I like the phisical copy better too, but here in my country more and more ppl are buying it since you can bypass the 100% plus tax that gov issues on videogames, the same game that you guys buy for 60 butterflies there costs double that amount here after goverment works their miracle tax policies. Just trying to make a point here, what doesn't work for some might work for others...
Well, I know why PSVita isn't going anywhere in Brazil, official price is about $700.00 us dollars for a barenaked system, no memory card or game. Uncharted GA is going for a wooping $110.00 usd. I know all the extra money goes to gov as "tax" (corruption of third world country) but Sony has it's share too, releasing the vita in here with this price is a big mistake. If they want to sell that fish they better use a lot of lipstick.
Not funny how the game industry is collapsing. Closing studios, few good games out there for the current systems, milking and overcharging their customers, high development costs, lack of new IP's, gimmick peripherals, online paid subscriptions, VIDEOGAMES going mainstream is the worst that could ever happened. The current gen game library doesn't even compare to the previous one. Online killed single player...the list goes on.
The game was announced before PS3 was ready I guess, and they don't plan to launch it this hollydays, when is it gonna be out? When PS4 is 4 years old? Screw u Sony, the PS3 game library doesn't even compare to the PS2. Screw next gen! They can't even handle the current one.
I agree with games going out of the linear path, but how can we define difficult for every single person playing it? If it becomes something that just makes you repeat a task millions of times, or have to memorize a whole sequence flawleslly, or just pray for the very small chance you have going though a portion of the game, it just kills the game.
AI and difficult in games have to grow and be done well in a way that engage and challenges the players rewarding them smartly and deeply, so they can really enjoy the excitment of facing a true challenge, if they can achieve that then we are talking about fun.
