Well if they be indie friendly due to architecture change that's is just a plus. Maybe we will see more PC centric indie games appearing on PS4 as just another distribution route then great.
@illusioner It's likely they already made up they minds. If they want to be ready for this year launch they should be now on assembly lines or something.
@omenjamlord Could not agree more. Sony admitted PS3 problems with x86 arch on PS4. That alone shows that hey finally listen to users. Nintendo was always user focused. Not always right but nobody is perfect.
AMD chips are not bad and when used properly. AMD is the only vendor doing 6 and 8 core chips for mass market. Multi threading is still a new concept in games but a very good one. Look at WiiU, You can press home button while in game, got to Miiverse, store or browser - do what you want to do and come back to a game in an instant.
Don't expect to have Intels I7 or alike where CPU can cost estimated whole console price.
@mtait01 I'm ok with subscription based model. It's an option not a default. Always online is a scary thing if you can't play single player games without it. Full price will probably translate to around £450 - 500 if real. No sell for me.
