you think that's weird. sometimes my 360 tries to read a game disc and instead of playing it or giving my a Unreadable Disc message it goes to a white screen with a message in about 11 diffrent languages telling me that the disc is a Xbox 360 disc and i need to put it into a 360.

so by that logic can i put a 360 game into a ps3 and i'll get the same message screen? same on a a PS2 or regular DVD player? the message must be on the actual disc because if it's somewhere on the 360 that's just stupid.

yes there is. only prob is it's about 15 years old and was a BBS game. it was in the vein of TradeWars, Pimpwars, ect. not that cool of a game but then again not many BBS games were all that great.

not sure about that. i know when they started selling the 120 gig HD's they caim with a transfer cable to move all your old info to the new HD. it seems to take a long time and i beleive it even cleared the old HD of all the info when it was done.

so if you baught a new 360 (elite or pro) it probably doesn't come with the cable. maybe you can find a used one on ebay? not sure if they are reusable for multiple HD transfer's but i can't see why they wouldn't.

good luck and post back when you find a solution.. i have a launch 360 with a 20 gig HD and am contimplating getting a new 80 gig (i think they are 80) version sometime in the next 6 months. (old one is starting to fail and the disc drive isn't covered by the RRoD warrenty)

the big thing about this game is that you have a pretty much unparalleled abilty (on consoles) to create almost any 2d platformy type game you can imagine. and after seeing Sony's keynote at E3 i'm getting the impression that you may even be able to import images of your own choosing. (maybe through the usb for a camera or maybe even the eyetoy). all of this mixed with advanced physics, multiplayer, and the ability to share all your creation with everyone else on PSN.

i dunno about you but that atleast sound like its's worth a play or two.

might have a problem getting some games to work since not all will be backward compatible. so of the games i would mention (Panzer Dragoon:Orta, Breakdown, Riddick, Jetset Radio) the only one i know for fact should work would be Psyconauts. they sell it through xboxlive anyway so i would assume the actual disc should work.

i actually still have that game. one of the few N64 games i kept mainly because if you enter a cheat you can play the game using 2 controllers. each one manipulates one of the two engines. was really fun but kinda hard since i never found a way to fix my damaged pods durring the race like you can with the default control set up.

you could even have two people using 4 controllers and both play that way. good times.
