22" Gateway monitor. Cheap, and does the trick. Its 1680x1050 resolution actually plays 1080p with a HDMI cable! Very cool.

37," big whoop,, wanna make something of it...?" Actually, I'm glad to see some others on here who made it through their 20's to still be alive and gaming!

Gone through none, still use a fat PS2 from 2004, and Santa brought me a PS3 for Christmas. Man, I'm spoiled... And lucky.

I'm not much for RPGs either (just couldn't get into Oblivion), but I was totally enthralled with Fallout. It has it's first person shooter moments too (not quite as slick as a true FPS, but...) , as well as, stealth, action and adventure, and exploring. Lots and lots of exploring.

Yeah, I'm just finishing R1 as well! You didn't mention Fallout 3, have you played it ? If not, it's an incredible single player experience. I'm in about 75 hrs, and set it aside because I don't want to finish it. Sad huh? PC version, though.

I got mine because my place gets cold in the winter :(

No, just kidding, my PC keeps it plenty warm!;)

Actually, my PC and PS3 compliment each others library of games pretty well. There's plenty of exclusives on the PS3 I'm interested in, even a few on the PSN. The blue-ray player is just gravy.

And really, the whole system just radiates a certain sense of class.

[QUOTE="The_profeshenal"]Lately I haven't found the same satisfaction in gaming. It's been like playing through a funk, but I haven't really had a break through. Anyone else ever found themselves burnt out on gaming?Achaean728
Everything in moderation. You do too much of one thing, you'll end up ruining it for yourself. How about taking a break from gaming and trying to do something else?

That's funny, I've been attempting to take a break from "something else" and trying to do some gaming!

I'd buy it. It's the start of a fantastic new IP, even if it's EA. I just got a PS3 today, but I bought it on Haloween for my PC. Looked great, played wonderful with a controller. Movement is a little different, and takes some getting used to, no fast speed run and gunning (more like a tank, but not so much as the old survival style), very tense. Good upgrade and levelling systems add some replay value. And, very creepy atmosphere. Play it at night! Ah, good times.

Well, I recievd Legendary, but that's fine with me, I got what I really wanted ...a PS3! So, while Legendary may be going back to the shop, I'll be downloading me some Pixeljunk this evening! Anyone have a favorite? I was thinking Eden. Merry Christmas and I'll see ya in the PS3 forums!
