guess what guys, xbox has 4 different skus in the amazon best sellers top 100 (2 in the top 20), ps4 has 2 (1 in the top 20 and the other is the Pro in the top 40, the pro looks like it's sold out from amazon, only resellers are selling).
ps4 slim is at number 1 carrying a $212 price tag
xbox one S is at number 2 carrying a $249 price tag
I don't think Microsoft needs to give any numbers. when they say strong engagement I think the statement stands for itself. I can't say amazon is telling who's selling the most, but one thing is for sure that people are buying different xbox skus. so I think his statement holds up.
@sellingthings: not sure what kind of system you made for 250 but that was not a gaming PC. and currently you're system costs 500? I will say that's definitely not a great gaming pc in my book. at that price i'm sure you're having bottlenecks all over and i'm almost positive you're running on ddr3 along with stock cpu cooler too, right?
intel i5 = $200, gtx 970 $250......so what system did you build for $500?
@creepywelps: what does this have to do with more than one platform? where in your original comment did you talk about being a current multi-plat player?? I used to be a PC player, used to host LAN parties so gtfo buddy with your flagrant pc evangelism. there's not even so much as a smidgen of intimidation when it comes to pc gaming. it has nothing to do with "I have money so I will waste it on these high end PC parts" which in the end doesn't have a return on investment and the level of entertainment it offers isn't more than can be had on a console. i'm fine with consoles, so gtfo with your pc evangelism, no one wants to hear it in a console thread.
