YES!!!! I' m finally getting a ps3 this friday which will go nicely beside my wii (first time I' ve owned two consoles in one gen:D) but I have a question, which game should I get?

I was in your same situation abount 2 months ago. I owned a wii and finally went out and added a ps3 to my collection. First off I'll be more than happy to let you know your making a great decision. Secondlly, out of all your choices I would pcik Ratchet and Clank. It's an excellent platformer. However, if you can somehow come up with the extra cash I highly reccomend either buying or renting Uncharted as well. Those were the two games I purchased back in Feb. when I picked up my PS3: ratchet and Uncharted. Both are great games.

On a side note, I'm not sure if your a fan of FPS shooters or not, but if you are COD4 is another game you will not want to miss out on.

K, So as of right now I own a Wii and a PS3. I've had the Wii since launch and the PS3 for about a month or so. I have all the decent games for the Wii and so far for the PS3 I've picked up COD4, Uncharted, and R&C TOD. Within the next month I'll be gaining about 700-800 extra cash and heres where I'm stumped...

At first I was like damn, now is my chance to pick up a 360, so I can own the "big 3." I researched the hell out of it and planned on buying the system along with The Orange Box, Bioshock, Halo 3, and Mass Effect (along with 1 years subscription to Live.) But as I've been waiting for my money, I've continued my research and the whole RROD thing is really turning me off from buying it. I mean I wouldnt mind if it died once at the most while owning it, but reading some peoples horror stories of returning them 4, 5 , and even 6 times sounds a little too absurd for me. The main reason I wanted one in the first place was to play Bioshock and to own all 3 consoles (also for GeOW2.) But now I'm not sure if its even worth it? So I guess my question to you is this: would it be worth spending all of my (800) budget to catch myself up with the 360 and its top titles and not worry about the hardware. Or is it not even worth it and should I spend my money beefing up my ps3 game collection with, for instance Resistance,Oblivion, Heavenly Sword, Orange Box, pay off my GTA preorder, pay off my Metal Gear preorder, pay off Killzone 2 preorder, Saints Row 2 preorder, etc, etc.

If you actually took the time to read about my drawn out situation, I appreciate it alot. Any feedback would help. Its not everyday I get 800 bucks to blow on videogames and I'd like to hear as many multi-console owners opinions as possible to help influence my decision. Thanks again!

(And please dont even respond if your strictly a ps3 fanboy or 360 fanboy. I would like as many open minded opinions as possible.)

why are people ignoring his 3 choices , ive played them all and would choose army of 2 anyday over graw2 the online coop is just 2 fun , also r and c is great really shows off the ps3 and what it can do bigLLL

people are ignoring his "3 choices" because they aren't choices. he cleary stated he already owns them.
