Cool thanks for the post. Maybe we should have a thread dedicated the Dark Horse.

lewfa1

I've noticed we have a lot of comic threads here and there... Should we make a sticky for them?

EDIT: I've started a thread :P
Here.

Thats awesome caity, I'll check it out now.

oh, and did you notice that your post was number 666 on the (Off topic) thread? -que the creepy music from The Omen. ;)

I did! But I wasn't going to say anything because I didn't think people were as anal-retentive as I am about funny numbers

69, 666, 42, 100. I always take note.

I personally would never play a Bioware game on the PC, to me the PC seems a lot better for first person shooters. I dont know how Mass Effect 2 would play on the PC. IndianaJones414

Like playing snooker with a bazooka. Or, rather, quite simply its freaking awesome. PC is a wonderful platform for RPG's, both Mass Effect games work spectacularly on the PC.

That being said, it's all to do with the gamer. You can't use a gamepad/controller in ME1 (to my knowledge) and I'm assuming its the same for ME2. So mouse and WASD is the way to go.

Personally, I've completed playthroughs on my 360 and found it enjoyable. But the PC version feels more native. Plus, if you don't have a decent TV, the graphics on your PC monitor definitely pick up where the TV let down.
I have an awful old-skool TV to play xbox on, and can't read text onscreen, but, naturally I've not had that problem with the PC. That being said, I haven't gotten very far in my PC playthrough, because gaming has chewed out my graphics card :(

Also, Lew... You scare me sometimes. With all that knowledge of how many powers per button. :|
Hahaha it's brilliant though.

Speaking of which, you actually have to do a side mission for Nassanna Dantius, and in ME2 you break into her tower where Thane kills her. IndianaJones414

Mhmm. Quite the neat mini-twist, huh. When I played through ME2, it took a while to click where I'd heard Dantius before... then I remembered.

[QUOTE="caityful"]

[QUOTE="Lone_Warrior_66"]They've confirmed this in the past. I am glad they'll focus on another story for the movie. No movie they would ever make would do justice to the experience players have in the game(s). Lone_Warrior_66

\

But they're still focusing on Shepard. I thought they'd confirmed that it wouldn't be focused on Shepard's story?

They are? Would be kinda ridiculous to revist a story that has already been told in such a great way.

From that single article on Kotaku, it sounds like it will be about Shepard, but it won't be the video game storyline. So, IF there is truth in what they've written, perhaps its a story set before the video games? Or even after... maybe. :P

A little bit here and there, but the story just really seems to suck you in and make you forget about the side missions. The game is amazing, there is so much the comic book does seem to leave out. I am now Virmire now and I am really getting into the story. IndianaJones414

The side missions tend to link back into the main story. So they're well worth it :)
No need to rush!

Thats a really cool image N7, I wonder what planet that is so supposed to be depicted. IndianaJones414

There was a gameplay trailer at E3 where Shepard battled a geth similar to the one in this work, perhaps that's where Patryk drew his inspiration from?
