I want to get this graphics card, however I have a feeling my PSU isn't high enough. It is 400 W with 20 amps on 12 V rail. Is that enough?

I've just rang up my local store and they don't have any 8800 gt, but they do have the 320 mb 8800 gts. Should I get that or the AMD 6000 X2?

So you reckon a cpu upgrade would do the trick?

I only have socket 939. So would it be wiser to upgrade the cpu(as well as mobo with AM2) or the GPU?

I'm currently thinking of upgrading my pc. Which of the two mentioned in topic would be most beneficial for gaming?

Cool thanks man. I have a limited budget, otherwise I would have upgraded to intel, but I was lookin at the cpu charts on tomshardware, and the 6000 X2 seems to pack a punch for its price. But if I had more money I would definitely upgrade to an intel cpu.

I've been looking for a mainboard which will support the AMD 6000 X2 as well as my 7900 GT. This is what I found,

Asus Mainboard M2A-VM , AM2, AMD690G, HT2000, Dual-CH DDR2-800, PCI-eX16, Dual VGA (DVI/RGB), HD Audio, Gb LAN, SATA3.0Gb, RAID,

I'm no expert on mainboards but I know the 6000 X2 requires an AM2 socket, so it should work shouldn't it? But what about the 7900 GT? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.
