You know what is as bad if not worse to gaming than fanboys? Ppl who complain online about games they've never played in forums/whatnot and those who have some sort of "standard" as of what they play and judge games without ever trying them. At least fanboys play games and make hilarious claims. not always. i guarantee a Halo fanboy who hates the PC and never played Halo Wars is going to say HW is better than Starcraft.[QUOTE="Blue-Sky"]
The #1 worst thing of all time to happen to gaming?
Fanboys
The scum of the earth. putting their low-self esteem, anti-social, inept emotions into a piece of machinery.

[QUOTE="Tht1Guy7780"]
Okay, all i stated was that I feel both games will have equally fun singleplayer and multiplayer mode. It was in a totally non offensive way.
So, thanks to your response about me being 6th whatever of whatever...
Youve taken the #1 spot as my leasts favorite person in SW.:D
Not an easy task.
Enjoy your trophy.

Because you havent gained all the fanboy trophies to diserve the platinum. You're on the right track though. Keep it up!
what makes me a fanboy?you completely missed my point. you are the 6th worst thing to happen to gaming.[QUOTE="captain_diego"][QUOTE="Tht1Guy7780"]
I dont know. MW's singleplayer was pretty fun, and Bioshock 2 seems to have a very original MP mode.

to be fair, one is going to be better than the other. the one that isn't as good is always being to be called "suck". thus, MW2 will have a crappy campaign, Bioshock 2 will have crappy multiplayer, and so on. doesn't really matter how good it really is.[QUOTE="captain_diego"][QUOTE="TheEroica"]
Um, Im not... Im all for his reasons in number 3, infact I put it in my own. but please dont call out call of duty games for having a bad campaign, thats rediculous. Say what you want about the bandwagon hate for the MW success and I get it, its cool to hate on the industry standard, but to say that call of duty has a bad campaign is downright irresponsible especially when there are a billion shooters out there that do suck based on the time spent developing mP compared to SP.

These aren't in any order; I think they all equally suck
1. Paying for DLC like patches, extra costumes/jerseys, horse armor, basically stuff that either would've previously been offered for free or should already be in the game in the first place as an unlockable.
2. Microsoft rushing out a faulty piece of hardware and then not fully taking responsibility for it when they've should've issued a full product recall.
3. Building up the multiplayer experience for a game at the expense of the single-player (ahem, Call of Duty)
4. SHOOTERS, SHOOTERS, SHOOTERS! (also see #3 on this list)
5. The yearly franchise release. I can at least partially understand why this happens for sports games, especially in the pre-online era where the only way to get updated rosters and stats was through a new version. Now with online readily available, I'd love to see 2 year cycles for sports games with full support offered during those cycles (but there's too much money in the 1 year cycles so that'll probably never happen). What I can't understand is the yearly update for every other genre! Why did we need 4-5 Ratchet & Clank games in the span of 4-5 years!?

iyo.. of course.
- ESRB.
- Halo 2 -- Yes, it was pretty cool online at the time. But now, thanks to its popularity, the biggest companies are pumping their fortunes into games that follow the same protocol as Halo 2: online MP is the focus, the campaign sucks, you can only hold a few weapons, a serious tone, the military elite, and regenerating health. Examples: Gears of War 1 & 2, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Modern Warfare 1 & 2, Frontlines, Section 8, Red Faction: Guerilla, The Conduit, and many, many more. No, that outline isn't necessarily bad--until it becomes flooded and generic, which is now the case.
- Peter Molyneux. How emberassing.
- Wii. Now everyone has to make a crappy replica.
- Escort missions. They always suck.
BlackTragedy
honestly I like ESRB. The only ppl who complain about it are kids but we dont want them online anyway.
see: Hot Coffee, Manhunt 2, Fallout 3, etc.
