My brother in law owns a 20gb 360 and on his system the demo looks way dark and textures are not sharp. It's hard to see your way through or what you're doing.

On the PS3 it's much brighter and textures are sharper and it's easier to play your way through.

Also if you own games like Warhawk and Oblivion for the PS3, I don't see how the 360's graphics are better than these. Plus Uncharted Drakes fortune and Ratchet & Clank are very impressive PS3 titles graphically.
