Well this is what you should do with that 650D replace the rear and top fan , since the case is a negative pressure design.
best air to noise ratio fans, they do have led versions.
two for top 140mm

I have a 2500k with a coolermaster v6 gt cooler (set at a fixed 25% fan speed) and a msi lightning 6970 in a well ventiliated case. My cpu temps never go past 47c (remember, at 25% fan speed from the cooler) and my 6970 never goes past 64c.

Wow, never going past 64! My nvidia hit 71 after 4 hours of battlefield on ultra. Wanna get it to at least 65. 64 would be phenomenal
