No, you can't copy disks to the harddrive. It's bigger to promote more downloaded content and stuff like music and xbox originals.

Basically if you don't play demos or watch TV on it, it's not quite necessary.

I do own a 360... I'm sorry you don't agree with my opinion. IT'S NOT WORTH IT IF YOU OWN EVERYTHING ELSE ALREADY.

But to ease your "omg he's a fanboy" freakout... I chose 360 over everything else. So relax.

I'll be perfectly honest with you... if you have a WII, PS3 and PC, I see absolultely no need to spend the money on a 360. At this point it would come down to "how valuable are the exclusives?". I picked 360 over PS3 because the game catalog was more extensive. There's more to choose from, and the older games are now cheaper. It has some decent exclusives, a lot of them are FPS... Lost Odyssey sounds like a good one too.

Live is one thing, I personally don't play much online, but between PC and PS3, you guys should be able to have a decent online experience.

I haven't had any problems with my Xbox, but the rumours of high failure rates are true.

I would personally not bother IF you've already got all those... spend the money on other games for the consoles you've got.
