LOL I love telling the story of how I affirmed my heterosexual status. At a young age (about 1st or 2nd grade) I was immediately drawn to the female gender. I would always flirt with girls in class (which involved teasing them) and always had pretty adult thoughts about the women I saw in magazines, so it's no surprise that in my later years in high school I was always involved with women, whether just as friends or something more. But in my junior and senior years of high school I had a best friend Austin who was both like my brother and hetero life partner. Every time we saw each other we'd embrace in a hug probably far longer than it should of been, and we would always divulge all of our deepest problems and desires to each other, but we of course were never sexually attracted to one another. Our girlfriends always expressed their fear that one day me and him would leave them and move away together and lead a romantic and adventurous life. Our "guy love" was as strong as Turk and JDs from Scrubs.
Then one day during the summer after my senior year, me, him, his brother, and another mutual friend had all gone to this one girls house to just hang out and whatnot, and her friend Amber was there with her. At this time both me and Austin were single and kind of feeling a bit down but we masked this away by hitting on these girls. It was moreso in a joking manner since they both had boyfriends, but they were cool about the flirting since we all knew it wasn't really serious. Then the conversation lead to Austin asking them "have you two ever kissed?" They told us that they did only once when they were drunk, and me and Austin jumped on this chance to make the magic happen once more, this time for us to bear witness to. We bargained, demanded and pleaded with them to do it again (still all in good fun; we were all crazy teenagers). Finally they made a deal with us guys: if two of us guys kissed each other on the lips then they would make out for like 10 seconds. It was a moment taken straight from American Pie 2, and we knew we would probably never get this chance again, so we needed to take it.
The problem was, of the four of us, me and Austin knew it would be down to the both of us to do this dirty deed, since we were already closer to each other than two guy friends should be. We stared at each other with reluctance and understanding in our eyes. Now of course, we both knew we were straight; we DID have girlfriends during the school year and we DID always share our "special" stories we had with our girlfriends to each other, but never before had we had to face the ultimate test to prove our sexuality before. This moment wasn't merely to get these two attractive girls to make out; it was also our moment to affirm our sexual orientation with each other. We took about ten minutes to mentally prepare ourselves for this act. Neither of us had ever kissed a guy before, let alone on the lips. We were both scared of having to get so close to each other, but we were also more scared of what the outcome of the kiss might be. What if we both enjoyed it? What would happen then?
Finally, after manning up a bit, we grasped each other and went for it. Both of our dry, tightly sealed lips pressed up against one another and stayed there for approximately five seconds. We pulled away from each other, both with the same look in our eyes...
Joy.
Not because we enjoyed the kiss, but because we DIDN'T! We felt nothing for it; it was like kissing our grandma on the lips. The sheer joy and excitement that came from this revelation that we no longer needed to question our own sexuality was enhanced by the fulfilled promise of the two girls: they made out for ten seconds, and let me tell you, it was the best ten seconds of our lives.
tl;dr: I kissed a guy and DIDN'T like it :)
So in the end, I am straight.
LOL beat me to it....http://www.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=27186040&tag=topics;title

I had one in my freshman year at high school before like 90% of the people in my school had one. It was pretty cool; I talked to a lot of random people and was friends with them for a while. Eventually everyone got one and I used it to keep in touch with everyone outside of school. Then once I left I got rid of it and switched to facebook. I haven't been on in well over a year and I don't miss it.
Even though I'm in the vast minority for this one (meaning I'm probably the only one interested in the band on this site :P ) I'm pretty stoked that blink-182 got back together. Their music was the soundtrack for my angst-ridden, troubled teenage life and sometimes I go back and listen to some of their music for the nostalgia it brings me, and hopefully with them reuniting their music may show some more maturity and depth since all of them have played in other, more mature bands during their break-up.
I think that the world is ready for an all-new Power Stone game on present-gen consoles.
Review scores don't matter to me, it's the things they talk about in the review that I'm interested in. Sometimes if a game interests me I'll look at a few sites to see what the general consensus of the game is and check out what kinds of problems it may have. If the game's been counted down for problems that don't bother me (graphics, story, etc) then I'll head to the forums and see what other people think about it. After taking into account the pros and cons of the game I check to see how cheap I can find it and usually pick up a copy. There's been a lot of games I've played that haven't had good reviews but I thoroughly enjoyed (Dynasty Warriors, WET) and of course I'v played my fair share of games that have had great reviews that I found to be broken or way overrated (MW2 anyone?)
[QUOTE="cdav89"]I have over 4,000 songs on my ipod with 320 kbps sound quality.I have one of those small 8 GB Zunes. It's fantastic! Great battery life, and it holds music in 320 kbps, something iPods still can't seem to support for some reason (at least in my sister's case). So I'm going with Zune :)

Yeah my friend told me he has no problem with that bit rate on his. I think my sister's ipod is just messed up or something =/

I really only like carrot cake and cheesecake once in a while. I used to LOVE cake but now every time I eat it I don't enjoy it. Mainly because it's full of empty calories so after I eat a large slice I'll still be hungry. I'd rather eat dutch apple pie :)
