Okay everyone, thanks for all the input/suggestions. Definately think I'm going to buy my friend's 120GB and then call M$ for the transfer kit. I've looked at the 120GB in stores before, but honestly never noticed the transfer kit that comes with them, so thanks for pointing that out.

The only reason I was considering buying a new Elite (since they're only $300 now) is because my Xbox is a few years old. It'sthe Halo edition one and I bought it right when Halo 3 came out, don't remember the exact date. I've heard so many RROD horror stories and that almost makes me want to just get a new Xbox. Then again, I've done quite a bit of gaming with this one and not a single problem thus far. *knocks on wood*And no, I'm not a huge Halo fanboy, the only reason I bought that version was because it was the only one Best Buy had left and I wanted an Xbox THAT DAY hahaha.

Here's the deal: I own a 360 with a 20G harddrive. I've recently been thinking of getting a 120GHD because my 20G is getting somewhat close to being filled up and there are still many things I'm planning to download (episodes of The Guild, map packs and such for games). How would I go about transferring all my saved games and stuff from oneHD to the other? Would I have to buy one of the 512MB (or whatever there are) memory cards and use that to transfer info a little at a time? Or is there a way to do a system link with 2 Xbox's to transfer all the data over? If so,a friend of mine has an Xbox I can borrow.

Also, I'm not planning to buy a 120G in a store. My one friend has a brand new one from an Elite that he wants to sell. Not planning to pay $150 for one. I was also considering just buying an Elite myself (since they're $100 cheaper now) and trying to sell my 20G Xbox. What do you guys think of that? I believe the only other difference between the 2 is that the Elite has the HDMI cables included. Right?

Either way I go, I need to figure out how to get all my saved stuff from one HD to the other.

Thanks in advance for any input.

At the time, I was a couple generations behind console-wise. The last console I bought before the 360 was a Nintendo 64! Haha. I got hooked on Halo 2 by playing with a friend of mine. So when Halo 3 came out, I just had to have an Xbox 360. And now the 360 is by-far my favorite system.

I'm not sure if they're all in career mode or not. I thought they were but I also did all those Championship races which are technically in a different category from Career mode, so I guess those miles don't count. I'll just have to keep repeating races until I get the achievement. I just wish that the statistics page separated the Career mode miles from the miles driven in other categories, at least then I'd know exactly how much farther I have to go.

Dawq902, I really hope it's not a glitch. You're right, I'm really close to 1000/1000 for this game. I only have 3 achievements to go. It'll suck if I get screwed out of this achievement due to a glitch. :(

I'm trying to get the achievement for driving in excess of 1,000 miles on Dirt. According to the in-game statistics screen, I'm up to a total of 1,049 miles. So, why haven't I gotten the achievement yet?

I think OCD isn't an actual disorder; I just think everyone has a habit or two. But I'm totally with you on the games, dvd's, and cd's. I alphebetize them, I have to have the case and manual with it. I bought Lost Odyssey for $15.00 cdn (it was mislabelled) and it didn't have the manual. It still drives me nuts to this day. One other thing I do is have the disc upright so when I open the case, I can read the label... I know, I know....Ra-Harakte

I have a few preowned games that don't have the manuals with them and it annoys me everytime I think about it. I've considered getting on ebay and spending the money for a new in box or mint in bow or whatever they call it, a new copy just to have the manual and a mint condition case.

I do the same thing with turning the discs upright but I never really thought about it until now. OMG I'm worse off that I thought haha.

[QUOTE="chappy4310"]I'm kind of OCD about everything haha. My DVD's, CD's, books, but especially games. The disc always comes out of the system when I'm done playing and goes back in the case. I keep my games in order of when I bought them on my shelf. My game cases are all in mint condition and I'm always leery of letting other people borrow a game of mine because I'm afraid that they'll mess it up somehow or another. patrickhorta87

wasnt it so much nicer back in the N64 days when you had cartridges. if they got dirty clean them with a q-tip

Haha, yeah, the good 'ol days. I still have my N64 and all the games I bought for it. I fire it up every now and then.

I'm also OCD about the 360 game case cover. For whatever reason, I don't like the platnum hits covers. If there's an older 360 game that I want I always try to find a copy with the original cover.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I tried changing some of the settings on my own router last night. However, I don't think it's a problem with mine because I've gamed online with several friends and have never run into a problem. I also had my dad on the phone for over an hour changing some of the settings on his, but nothing worked. I hate technology sometimes . I like things to be simple haha.

imperial_agent: No, nothing is plugged into either 360 except for the power cord, TV cables, and ethernet cable.

Dredg11: I'm going to send you a PM with a couple more questions, if that's okay.
