played a couple of hours of multi player last night. Its decent soo far. I think i would have hated it if it wasnt for the fact i also played titanfall and destiny....im used to all of these extreme jumps and stuff. i still prefer non exo suit playlist.

gonna go through campaign some time soon.

i havent written it off just yet.

Great to know there is a non suit playlist!

Too bad it's only playable on console.

well its PC>>>PS4>>X1 then !!

PC has a much lower player count though so some of the less popular modes are unplayable after a few months. I hear the classic modes on AW on pc have no players at all.

I think its just a bad port... on both the X1 and the PS4. I keep hearing that the devs had 3 years to make the game, and now that just sounds like BS to me. The frame rate drops happen mostly when the game is loading a check point, or a real time cut scene is about to happen. Clearly something is not coded right in these console ports.

A 3 year dev cycle doesn't mean there won't be bugs. HL 2 took about 5 years and was a mess on release. Freaking stutter bug thats never been fixed, it even occurs in CS Go.

Anyways, Playstation and CoD just don't mix well. At least judging by Black Ops 1 which ran like absolute garbage on PS 3 and Ghosts which ran like crap on PS 4.

Comparing a game that comes with multiplayer, bot multiplayer, survival and a campaign whose voiceovers alone probably cost more than Insurgency's entire budget......

It's totally relevant since it's part of the reason why the numbers keep jumping. Consolites who wish to play CoD have a choice between PSN and Xbox Live while PC gamers must use steam.

It's irrelevant because Steam is a 100% free service.

And Steam does not hold a monopoly over digital distribution of PC games. Origin, Uplay, Battle.net, and other competing services exist.

It's relevant. There are more pc games that require steam than all the EA, Ubisoft and Blizzard games combined. If only valve games required steam then your post would make sense.

Do tell me how steam is affecting us pc gamers when it's a free service, meanwhile you have to pay to play anything online.

I'm not putting steam down I'm just saying it's monoplizing pc gaming. You are being forced to use steam if you want to play certain games. So these numbers have to be taken with a grain of salt. Imagine if the only way to play CoD on console was with xbox live. Xbox lives numbers would be much higher if that were the case.

And monopolization. Some of the most popular multiplats like Skyrim, Borderlands and CoD require Steam. A consolite doesn't need xbox live to play any of those games.

thanks for that irrelevant comment

who sets steam to auto start? Seriously?

people with RAM

well i got plenty of that but i have never ever set it to auto start, also auto start is off by default so i am guessing not many people even use the option.

Auto start is on by default every time I've installed steam.
